Bombardier - Crespin , France (Electro Mechanical CR activities and Design activities):

This project involves in implementation of CR’s from costing to DRL release of the CR for OMNEO platform
on OCE,OHF,AURA,ONO regions and also implementation of design activities for new train build of ONO2 region like
duplicating the VPM structure and harnesses from ONO train and changing the structure as per DOC9 and
modifying harness as per new train Environment.

 Worked on Installation,Part,Assembly drawings related to CR’s as per bombardier standards.

Bombardier - St. Bruno , Canada (Electrical harness Form board drawing and Packaging activities):

This project involves in creation of Form board drawings,Computing harnesses with help of CATElectre tool,

BIW panel die design for X001 program (MIYAZU- Malaysia): TATA
This project involves design and development of casting dies for BIW inner panels. Worked
extensively on creating 3D and 2D method plan. Worked on draw die, Re-strike, and Trim Pierce dies for B
Pillar Inner, B Pillar Reinforcement, Cross member rear floor, Rear floor middle wheel arch outer.
 Creating addendum surfaces for forming operation.
 Developing 3D method plan for different operations.
 Design and CAD development of Draw, Re-strike, Trim & pierce dies in line with customer guide lines and standards

Reverse Engineering of Sheet Metal Pats for Germany Tier-1 supplier:

This Project involved legacy conversion of CAD data from input un-parametric solid to Catia V5
parametric model. Created 2D manufacturing drawings for all sheet metal parts with Flat pattern views.
 Created sheet metal parts using Generative Sheet metal design workbench in Catia V5.
 Created 2D drawings for all the parts with all required dimensions and tolerances.
 Given GD&T tolerances in the drawing according to customer guidelines.

This project involves creation of 2D drawings for BIW parts & Assemblies and Glass parts like Front & Rear
