Position: Product Manager / Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead AI model development using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

● Integrate AI features collaboratively into our platform.
● Deploy applications/APIs with Gradio, Streamlit, Flask, and FastAPI.
● Implement/maintain ML solutions in AWS cloud environments.
● Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance and scalability in RAG applications.
● Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to validate models against business
objectives.
● Drive digital strategy/roadmap for RAG and chatbot products.
● Create business cases and comprehensive user stories.
● Formulate and refine strategies for RAG and chatbot capabilities, aligning with Service
OKRs and leveraging best practices in NLP, ML, and knowledge retrieval.

Required Skills:

● Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

● Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI.
● Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries/frameworks.
● Proficiency in deploying scalable ML models.
● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic startup.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

● AI model optimization and infrastructure management.

● Knowledge of federated learning and edge inference models.
● Understanding of data privacy in AI applications.
● Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
● Familiarity with vector stores, search algorithms, and ETL development.
