Note: The project will be subjected into the Plagiarism software. If the overall Plagiarism Index
rating is higher than 20%, your project will not be graded.

QUESTION

Identify a real-world information system in an organization that you believe could


be improved. Conduct an analysis of this system and write a proposal for a new,
upgraded system to correct any deficiencies. Your proposal should include:
1. Introduction
2. A critical evaluation of the current system, including its strengths, weaknesses, issues, and
opportunities for improvement. Back up your assessment with evidence.
3. Well-justified new system requirements that address the gaps in the current system while
building on its strengths. Consider functional, technical, security, user experience and other
requirement types.
4. An analysis of feasibility factors (technical, economic, legal, schedule etc.) influencing the
viability of your proposed new system. Identify any risks and mitigation strategies.
5. Diagrams: Illustrate the proposed system through the diagrams of Data Flow Diagram and Use
Case Diagram.
6. Conclusion

o 4-3(Satisfactory) – Some elements are missing in the output produced
o 2-1(Unsatisfactory) - Correct elements are rarely used.
