CONTRACT SCHEDULE

THE PROJECT WILL BE DIVIDED TO TWO PARTS :

1. PART I: this PART will extend from Syrian – Jordan Border to Deir Ali
area with a branch to the Power Generation Plant near Deir Ali area where
A Fiscal Metering Station (FMS) will be installed.
2. PART II : this PART will extend from Deir Ali area to AL RAYAN area at BVS
4905 this PART will be constructed in parallel with PART I

CONTRACTOR is responsible to execute and perform all the work required to finish and
start-up the ARAB GAS PIPELINE PROJECT - PHASE I as per the following criterium:

a- CONTRACTOR is responsible to execute PART I and this PART to be ready

for start up within( 12 ) twelve months after the date of commencement order,
followed by the initial hydrocarbon introducing and issuing of Mechanical
Completion Certificate (MCC) as per RFQ documents.
b- COMPANY (SGC) then shall continue operation of the Fiscal Metering
station (already operated train) and shall commission and start up of the
remaining train to feed gas to other power units under responsibility,
supervision and control of the CONTRACTOR 's representative(s).when all
trains (power units)are started up and successfully operated for 24 hours (at
full station load )then a (72)hours continuous operation /test without any
interruption as per RFQ conditions and requirement shall be performed The
commissioning and start up shall take ten (10) months period.
CONTRACTOR is responsible to execute PART I and PART II to be handed
over to company within twenty two ( 22) months, after the date of
commencement order till issuing of Mechanical Completion Certificate
(MCC) and (PAC) Certificate as per RFQ documents.

CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DETAILED CONTRACT SCHEDULE BAR

CHART TO COVER ALL ACTIVITIES NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT THE
PROJECT, WHICH SHALL BE BASED ON THE A/M TIME MILESTON.
