Title: Recognition, Card Day and Homeroom Meeting

Objective: The purpose of this meeting was to honor and celebrate the achievements
of the students in academics, to discuss the upcoming school event and their lacking
scholarship requirements.

Conclusion: The meeting successfully facilitated with open communication and set a

NARRATIVE REPORT

The meeting started with a prayer led by the classroom president, Ms. Kelly Jane
Gullem.

Ms. Joyce P. Pepito, as the class adviser opened the meeting by acknowledging
the presence of the parents who supported their children all the way to 2 nd quarter. She
thanked them for being present despite their busy schedules at home.

First of the agenda was the recognition by giving the certificates of the honor
students, and the students that has perfect attendance.

Then, she followed up the ESC requirements that are still up until now pending.
Some of the students couldn’t complete the requirements that’s why she again
mentioned it during the meeting. She also explained to the parents about the new rule
of having a perfect attendance award, that is, if the student fails to be present during the
flag ceremony, the student can no longer have that award.

Lastly, she discussed to the parents about the upcoming event which is the
Foundation Day. She presented the opening of the foundation league that will start on
February 23, 2024. She also highlighted the date and time when it will start and the flow
of the event as well. The purpose why she highlighted this event was for the parents to
be aware of the payments they might have. To inform the parents as well about the
price of the t-shirt that will be used during the event.

She then asked the parents if they had any questions and clarifications.

Out of 24, there were 21 parents who attended the meeting although some of
parents were late. And, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 AM
