That upon serenity and comparison the signatures still did not tally with her
signatures, I honestly executing this affidavit to attest that the signatures appearing
in both documents are true. Signatures of some individuals sometimes differ after a
certain period of time;

That I hereby warrant and release all the officers and the Land Transportation
Office free from all liabilities and responsibility for the said motor vehicle ;

That I am execut ing this af fidavit of WARRANTY to show confirm for a fact that
the signatures appearing on both documents were signed by one person and
therefore I set the LTO free from any liability in this regard.
