That the signature of the Vendor appearing on the Deed of Absolute Sale
executed in my favor, differs from the other records filed at Land
Transportation Office.

That upon serenity and comparison the signatures still did not tally with
her signatures, I honestly executing this affidavit to attest that the
signatures appearing in both documents are true. Signatures of some
individuals sometimes differ after a certain period of time;

That I hereby warrant and release all the officers and the Land
Transportation Office free from all liabilities and responsibility for the
said motor vehicle;

That I am executing this affidavit of WARRANTY to show confirm for a

fact that the signatures appearing on both documents were signed by one
person and therefore I set the LTO free from any liability in this regard.
