PROJECT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE/WARRANTY

Mechanical Warranty
Bidders shall clearly state that the quality and workmanship of all project materials
supplied and constructed by the Bidder's conform to the requirement specified in this RFQ.

Performance Guarantee
Bidders shall guarantee the overall performance of the ARAB GAS PIPELINE PROJECT
- PHASE I with all his parts, stages and its Facilities in accordance with the RFQ
specifications and requirement of Exhibit-E “Standard Terms and Conditions.

CONTRACTOR shall guarantee that within the time schedule stated for each part of the
project he shall hand over this project safely and easy operable to the COMPANY in
according to the CONTRACT and its technical annexes
