2 Mark No. Are properly fixed as per drawings.
3 Proper size of bolts used at joints.
4 Required cover/spacer plates used as per drawing.
5 Bolt tightening completed, checked and found in order as per requirement.
6 Thread projects are within tolerable limits.
7 Head of the bolts are inside the members in case of fixing in horizontal direction.
8 Head of the bolts are above the members in case of fixing in vertical direction.
9 Spring washer/pack washers used as per requirements.
10 Antitheft bolts are used as per the drawings.
11 In there is any missing member/shortage found?
12 Damage in galvanizing found (if any).
13 If yes, remedial action is taken to repair the damaged galvanization.
14 Ground earthing is connected to tower as per approved drawing.
15 ACD is fixed as per approved drawing.
16 Tower accessories installed
