This code of conduct applies to all FRIENDSHIP employees and affiliates/stakeholders related
to Friendship in particular Donors, Doctors, Volunteers/Interns, Journalist, Suppliers/Vendors
and Visitors – anyone related to Friendship activities or work.

11. Safeguard the Organizational confidential information, and respect the confidential
information of others e.g. employee’s salary information, personal confidential file
(PCF) etc.
12. Cannot participate in religious or political movements.
13. Confidential information regarding projects, finance, admin, donors etc. of the
organization cannot be given or leaked out if any.
Uphold these standards in the conduct and approach. If a decision about a particular action is
not covered specifically by this Code, employees are required to seek guidance from their
supervisor or Human Resources & Organizational Development (HR & OD) Central Service.
Be informed that, senior management should be a role-model for these standards by visibly
demonstrating compliance, and by regularly encouraging adherence. Conduct with the code
of conduct, failure to do so will subject employees, including supervisors who ignore prohibited
conduct, to disciplinary action up to and including separation from employment with the
organization.
