AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, NORILYN G. SANTIDAD, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and presently

residing at #253 p. Rosales St., Brgy. Sta. Ana, Pateros, Metro Manila, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the Daughter of Venancio F. Santidad who’s case is now

pending before the Sandiganbayan First Division under Docketed
under Criminal Case no. SB-10-CRM-0261-0281.

2. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land with Real Property

with Tax Declaration no. D-007-07436 with a Market value of One
Million Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos
(Php 1,222, 100.00);

3. That I have previously posted a real property bond covered by Transfer

Certificate title TCT No. 43410 which was approved by the
Sandiganbayan in its Resolution dated February 24, 2011.

4. That considering the love and devotion I have for my father and my
sincere belief in his innocence I more than willing again to freely
encumber my other property as added security for my father temporary
liberty.

5. Presently, in relation thereto, I am now again undertaking to post the

aforementioned added property bond using my Real Property with Tax
Declaration with no. D-007-07436 and a Market value of One Million
Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php
1,222, 100.00)

6. That, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

matter stated therein and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
