The high control pressure of variable displacement pump controllers may lead to unintentional
movements of consumers with low load pressure even while the respective valve is in its idle
position. The pump gallery is completely blocked with type PSV 5 N to ensure a definitive
separation of pump and consumer circuit. This takes place by means of a solenoid valve. The
LS-gallery together with the LS-controller may be additionally relieved via a separate 2/2-way
directional seated valve.

4.1 General and hydraulic

Start temperature down to -40°C are allowable (Pay attention to the viscosity range during start !), as long as the
operation temperature during consequent running is at least 20K higher.
Biological degradable pressure fluids: Pay attention to manufacturer‘s information. With regard to the compatibility
with sealing materials do not exceed +70°C.

The max. pressure achievable at the consumer side of the spool valves is lowered by the amount equivalent internal
control pressure drop at the 3-way flow regulator of the PSL (see curves ”Connection block PSL” on next page) or
at the pump flow regulator (PSV). Return port R(R1) ≤ 50 bar; port T pressureless with separate pipe (e.g. 6x1) to the
tank. It is recommended to employ end plate E 1, E 2, E 3, etc. with an additional leakage port, in case higher return
pressure is anticipated. Port Z approx. 20 or 40 bar (acc. to coding, see table 7) (outlet); ≤ 40 bar (inlet)
Control circuit For control pressure, see Q-I-characteristics. The internal control oil circuit is sufficiently protected against
malfunctions caused by contamination via a disk filter.

2. 使用须知

XHSC、XHC 系列液压传动装置是引进意大利技术,在此基础上进一步改进的产品。其广泛应用于建筑、
铁路、船舶、石油、冶金、工程机械等行业的各种传动机构中。
XHSC and XHC series hydraulic transmission devices are products that introduce Italy technology and are
further improved on this basis. They are widely used in various transmission mechanisms in construction,

2.主要结构与特点

XHSC、XHC 系列液压传动装置主要由 XHS、XHM 液压马达、片式制动器、行星减速器及各种功能
配流器组成。

2.1 XHS、XHM 系列液压马达与国内外现有各种径向曲柄连杆低速大扭矩液压马达相比, 具有更高的
容积效率和机械效率,噪音低及大的调速范围。
2.1 XHS and XHM series hydraulic motors, compared with the existing domestic and foreign various radial

XHC3-1000CD31H 表 示 该 液 压 传 动 装 置 采 用 单 级 行 星 减 速 器 传 动 , 齿 轮 箱 模 数 为 3, 总 排 量 为
1000ml/rev,输出轴采用螺纹联接,液压马达配流器 D31,额定压力等级为 20MPa.
XHC3-1000CD31H indicates that the hydraulic transmission device uses the single-stage planetary
decelerator for transmission, gear box modulus is 3, the total displacement is 100ml/rev, output shaft adopts
threaded coupling, the hydraulic motor distributor is D31, and the rated pressure rating is 20MPa.
4.安装要求
4. Installation Requirements
4.1 安装前应检查传动装置是否受损,传动输出轴是否灵活。如传动装置存放的时间过长, 应将其内存
油排净冲洗,以防内部各运动部件出现粘卡现象。
4.1 Before installation, check whether the transmission device is damaged, and whether the drive output
shaft is flexible. If the transmission device has been in storage for long, drain and flush the oil in it, to
prevent the sticking of the internal moving parts.
4.2 传动装置安装支架必须有足够刚度,以防转动时出现震动。
4.2 The mounting bracket of the transmission device must have sufficient rigidity to prevent occurrence of
vibration while rotating.
4.3 传动装置与负载采用同轴联接,输出轴中心与工作机构的中心对中,并保证两者配合 良好。装配时
不允许敲击输出轴,装齿轮等零件时应用轴端螺钉压入。
4.3 The transmission device and the load use coaxial linkage, the center of the output shaft shall center with
the center of the working mechanism and ensure the good combination of them. At the time of assembly,
it is not allowed to knock out the output shaft; use the shaft end screws to press in when installing gear
and other parts.
4.4 安装螺钉必须加弹簧垫圈,并使用扭力扳手均匀扭矩。

4.5 传动装置可任一方位安装,但应保证马达泄漏油口在轴的中心以上,在倒装时泄漏油 口应加装单向
阀(开启压力≤0.1MPa)。泄漏油口应单独接回油箱,不允许接到主回油路, 对于系统阀件对液压油清洁度
要求较高的系统中,应在马达泄漏油口安装滤油器。
4.5 The transmission device can be installed in any orientation, but it must ensure that the motor leakage oil
port is above the center of the shaft, and the leakage oil port must be added and installed with a check
valve (opening pressure≤0.1MPa) when reversely installed. The leakage oil port shall be separately
connected to the return oil tank and is not allowed to be linked to the main oil return loop; for systems
the valves of which have high requirements for the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, oil filter shall be
installed at the motor leakage oil port.
4.6 液压系统使用的管件应按最大工作压力、液压油流速来选择。管路须经耐压试验,联 接前应对管路
进行清洗,必要时要进行酸洗。
4.6 Pipe fittings used in hydraulic systems shall be chosen in accordance with the maximum working
pressure and the hydraulic oil flow velocity. The piping must go through pressure test, and the pipeline
shall be cleaned before connection, and acid pickling shall be carried out when necessary.
4.7 管路联接时应注意传动装置的进出油口与转向的关系。若发现方向相反,将配流器拆开,配流盘安装
位置旋转 180°安装即可。
4.7 Pay attention to the relationship between the oil inlet and outlet port and the rotation direction of the
transmission device when connecting the pipeline. If the directions are found to be opposite,

5.使用说明
5. Operating Instruction
5.1 第一次使用前,从液压马达的泄漏油口处注满与液压系统用牌号一致的清洁液压油。液压马达壳体
内压力不得大于 0. 1Mpa。
5.1 Before using it for the first time, fill it with clean hydraulic oil which shall be consistent with the grade
of the hydraulic system from the oil leakage port of the hydraulic motor. The pressure within the
hydraulic motor shell shall not exceed 0.1Mpa.
5.2 工作介质建议使用高质量、防泡沫、 防氧化和高压添加剂的矿基液压油。理想工作油温为 30℃~50℃,
允许温度为-20℃~80℃,液压油粘度为 40~60 厘泊,允许粘度为 5~3000 厘泊。
5.2 It is recommended that the working medium uses high quality, anti foam, and anti oxidant the mineral
base hydraulic oil that contains high pressure additives. Ideal working temperature is 30℃ to 50℃, the
permissible temperature is - 20℃~80℃, hydraulic oil viscosity between 40 and 60 centipoises, and the
permissible viscosity is 5~3000 centipoises.
5.3 传动装置启动应在空载工况下进行,逐渐增速至工作转速。空载运转不少于 20 分钟,逐渐增压至工
作压力,运转 1~2 小时,观察传动装置运转是否正常。
5.3 The transmission device should be started up in the no-load operating condition, and gradually increase
its speed to the working speed. No-load running shall last at least for 20 minutes, and the pressure shall
be gradually boosted to the working pressure, to run for 1~2 hours to observe whether the transmission
device works properly.
5.4 平衡阀的开启压力必须比制动器的开启压力高 l~1.5Mpa,过载阀压力调至比图纸压力大 l~2Mpa。
5.4 The cracking pressure of the balance valve must be l~1.5Mpa higher than that of the brake, and the
pressure of the overload value shall be adjusted to l~2Mpa higher than the pressure on the drawing.
5.5 本公司传动装置出厂前均调整了平衡阀和溢流阀的压力,用户一般情况下不需要另行调节,如有特殊
情况需由专业人员调节,面对平衡阀松开防松螺母,逆时针旋转调节螺栓,开启压力提高,反之开启压力
降低,溢流阀的压力调节与平衡阀调整方法相反。
5.5 Before the company’s transmission devices leave the factory, the pressure of their balance valves and
relief valves has all been adjusted, and users generally do not need further adjustment, and under special

circumstances, it shall be adjusted by professional staff; face the balance valve to loosen the lock nut,
anticlockwise rotate the adjustable bolt, and the cracking pressure will rise; conversely, the cracking
pressure will be reduced, and the adjustment of the pressure of the relief valve is opposite to the
adjustment method of the balance valve.
6.维护与保养
6. Maintenance and Servicing
6.1 工作时如果发现系统压力有异常提高时,应停车检查原因。可检查液压马达的泄漏油是否正常,一般
情况下,本公司液压马达在负载工作状态,泄漏油口出油量不大于 l L/min,如有超标泄漏油则说明液压马
达密封部位损坏,应及时更换或修理,如液压马达完好,则应检查其它部件。
6.1 If any abnormal increase in the system pressure is found over the work, shut it down and find the
reasons. Check whether the leakage oil of hydraulic motor is normal, and under normal circumstances,
the oil discharge rate at the leakage oil port of this company’s hydraulic motor is not greater than 1
L/min in the load working condition; if the oil leakage exceeds the limits, it suggests that the sealed part
if the hydraulic motor is damaged, and should be replaced or repaired; if the hydraulic motor is in good
condition, check other parts.
6.2 工作运转过程中应经常检查传动装置和系统的工作情况,如发现异常的升温、渗漏、振动和噪音或
压力异常脉动,应立即停车,查明原因并及时检修。
6.2 In the process of operation, regularly check the operating conditions of the transmission device and the
system. If any abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise or abnormal pressure fluctuation
is found, immediately shut it down, indentify the causes and conduct maintenance promptly.
6.3 应经常注意油箱的液面高度及液压油是否正常,如发现大量泡沬,应立即停车检查液压系统吸油口是
否漏气,回油口是否在液面以下,液压油是否进水乳化等。
6.3 Always pay attention to the liquid level and the hydraulic oil of the oil tank to make sure that are normal,
if a mass of foam appears, shut it down immediately and check whether there is gas leakage at the oil
suction of the hydraulic system, whether the oil return port is below the liquid surface, and whether there
is water inflow and emulsification in the hydraulic oil, etc.
6.4 定期检测液压油的质量指标,如发现超出规定值,应更换新油。不允许采用不同类型的液压油混合使
用,否则将影响液压传动装置的使用性能。更换新油的周期视不同工况而异,用户根据实际情况自行规
定。
6.4 Regular test the quality indices of hydraulic oil, and replace it with new oil if the indices exceed the
specified value. Mixed use of different types of hydraulic oil is not allowed, or the operational
performance of the hydraulic transmission device will be affected. The cycle for replacement with new
oil varies depending on different working conditions, and the user may specify it on his own based on
the actual situation.
6.5 行星减速器中本公司出厂前已加入 70#齿轮耐磨油,用户应定期(根据不同工况每隔 6 个月到 1 年)
更换齿轮油,应定期拧开齿轮箱磁性螺塞,去除磁头上的吸咐物。
6.5 This company has filled 70# gear abrasion resistant oil in planetary decelerators before they leave
factory. Users should regularly (every 6 months to 1 year according to different working conditions)
replace the gear oil, and should regularly unscrew the magnetic plug of the gear box, to remove the
absorbed substances on magnetic head.
6.6 经常检查滤油器使用情况,做到定期清洗或更换滤芯,可延长传动装置寿命。
6.6 Frequently check the use of oil filter, and regularly clean or replace the filter element, so as to extend the
service life of the transmission device.
6.7 如果液压传动装置出现故障时,可由专业人员对其进行检修。对于保修期内产品,在未经本公司许可
的条件下不得私自拆解产品,私自拆解后的产品不在保修之列。由此造成的损失由用户自己承担。保修
期外对于具备拆装条件用户如需自己维修,可向本公司咨询拆装方法。注意拆装零部件时不要将精密零
件敲毛、碰伤,特别是要保护好零件的运动和密封表面。拆下的零件放于洁净的盛器内,要避免相互碰
撞。拆解过程中,应绘制装配草图,标记个零件的位置和装配顺序。装配时应将全部零件清洗干净,并用
压缩空气吹干,严禁使用棉纱、布头等擦抹液压零件。配合部件应在配合部位加入少量经过过滤的润滑
油或润滑脂,然后再装配。拆下的零件应仔细地进行检查和修理,损坏或过渡磨损的零件应进行更换,必

要时可向本公司购买配件,密封件原则上应全部更换。
6.7 If the hydraulic transmission device fails, it can be overhauled by the professional staff. For products
that are within the warranty period, it is not allowed to disassemble them privately without the
company’s permission, and the privately disassembled products are not included in the warranty, and the
losses caused thereby shall be borne by the user. For products beyond the warranty period which meet
the disassembly conditions, if the user needs to repair them by himself, please consult the company for
disassembly method. Pay attention not to knock or bump the precision parts when assembling or
disassembly the components, especially protect the movement and sealing surface of the components.
The removed components shall be put in a clean container, to avoid collision. In the process of
disassembly, assembly sketches should be drawn and marked with the position and the sequence of each
component. At the time of assembly, all components should be cleaned, and dried with compressed air,
and it is strictly prohibited to wipe the hydraulic parts with cotton yarn, cloth, etc. For the mating parts,
a small amount of filtered lubricating oil or grease shall be added in the mating position before assembly.
Removed parts should be carefully inspected and repaired, and the damaged or worn out parts should be
replaced; buy accessories from this company if necessary, and the sealed parts should be replaced totally
in principle.
6.8 如用户无拆检条件,应与本公司联系,协调维修事宜,不要自行对液压传动装置拆检和修理,以免造成
不必要的损失。
6.8 The user should contact with the company to coordinate the maintenance matters if he does not meet the
conditions for overhaul; do not overhaul and repair the hydraulic transmission device on your own, to
avoid causing unnecessary loss.

传动装置按包装箱上标明的要求吊运,拆箱后传动装置的吊运应用与其相应的绳索套住适当部位进行,
并保证重心不偏斜,以免滑落。必要时旋入起吊螺孔内起吊耳吊运。
Transmission device shall be hoisted according to the requirements marked on the packing box; after
unpacking, the hoisting of the transmission device shall be conducted by tying the corresponding ropes to
appropriate position, ensure that the center of gravity does not deviates and prevent it from slipping. Screw
the lug in the lifting screw hole to conduct the hoisting when necessary.
8.2 存放

8.2.1 液压传动装置应存放在干燥、无腐蚀性气体的仓库内,切勿受高温和在-20℃下的环境中长期存放,
以免加速密封件的老化。

涂防镑油,各油口用螺塞堵住或用盖板封牢。

一.XHM 液压马达
一)、产品概述:
I) Product Overview:
The XHM series crankshaft connecting rod type low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motors
manufactured by this company are designed and produced in accordance with the Italian standards
combined with China's national conditions, the main parts are processed by the machining centers
and numerically controlled machine tools, all seals and high strength socket head cap screw are
imported from Germany, Italy and Taiwan, and the castings uses polyester sand-cast ductile iron,
so as to ensure that the product performance and the appearance quality catch up with and surpass
the level of similar products at home and abroad, and main features of them are as follows:
1.采用偏心曲轴及较低激振频率的五活塞结构,因而具有低噪音的特点;
1. Use eccentric crankshaft and the five-piston structure of low excitation frequency, thus
characterized by low noise;
2.起动扭矩大,低速稳定性好,能在很低的速度下平稳运转;

二)、马达工作原理及结构图:
The pressure oil generate thrust on plunger (1) after going through the oil plate (16) and oil
distribution plate (15), and the thrust acts on the center of crankshaft (8) via the connecting rod (3),
and bearing sleeve (10), to enable it rotate in crankshaft (8), and at the same time, it goes through
the double bond (5) to drive the oil distribution plate (15) to rotate together. When the position of
plunger (1) is over the bottom dead center, plunger cylinder will be connected with the total oil
return port via distributor (15), and plunger 1 will be pushed up by crankshaft (8), and at this time,
worked hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank through the distributor. The five pistons are connected
in turn with the high and low pressure oil, and synthetically add to the driving torque generated by
the crankshaft center, so that the motor crankshaft can obtain a continuous and stable rotational
torque. The steering of the hydraulic motor can be changed by changing the oil flow direction, the
reversal of hydraulic motor can also be achieved by assembling the thrust plate by turning it 180
degrees.

一)、产品概述:

XHS 系列液压马达是本公司结合多年实践经验、在意大利技术基础上进行设计改进的一种
新型产品。XHS 液压马达主要特点如下:

XHS series hydraulic motor is a new type of product designed and improved by this company
according to many years of practice experience and based on design Italy technology. The main
features of XHS hydraulic motor are as follows:
1、由于活塞与摆缸不存在侧向力,活塞底部设计成静压平衡,活塞与曲轴之间通过滚动轴承传
递扭力,减少了传力过程中的摩擦损失,因而 XHS 系列液压马达具有很高的机械效率,较高的
起动扭矩(起动时机械效率 0.92 以上)的特点。
1. As there is no existence of lateral force on the piston and the tilt cylinder, the piston bottom is
designed as the static pressure balance, the torsion between the piston and the crankshaft is
transmitted through the rolling bearing, and the friction loss in the process of force
transmission is reduced, thus the XHS series hydraulic motor is characterized by high
mechanical efficiency and high starting torque (mechanical efficiency can be up to 0.92 when
starting).
2、平面配流器(专利技术)简单可靠,密封性能好,泄漏很少,活塞与摆缸之间用塑料活塞环密封
无泄露,因而具有很高的容积效率(可达 0.98)。
2. Plane distributor (patent technology) is simple and reliable with good sealing performance
and rare leakage, and between the piston and the tilt cylinder, it is sealed plastic piston ring
without leakage, thus having very high volumetric efficiency (up to 0.98).
3. As the friction loss is reduced structurally and the sealing performance is improved, thus the
low speed stability is good, and it can be operated stably under the working condition of
3r/min. The speed regulation range is large (the speed regulation ratio can be up to 600).
4、由于活塞与轴承套通过卡环贴牢不存在间隙,因而该系列液压马达可以作泵工况下运转,
当进油口密封后马达可在自由轮工况下高速运转。
4. As the piston and the bearing sleeve are struck firmly through the snap and there is gap, this
series of hydraulic motor can be operated under pump working condition, and the motor can
run with high speed under the working condition of free wheel.
5、该系列液压马达压力高,最高压力可达 31.5Mpa,重量轻,体积小,比功率高。

As shown in the diagram, the axis of the tilt cylinder (8) and piston (11) axis always goes through
the center of the bearing sleeve of the crankshaft, therefore the tilt cylinder and piston have no
lateral force; high pressure enters from the oil inlet of the oil plate (1) into the oil distribution plate
(3) that rotates together with the crankshaft, and enters the upper part of the piston through the
shell flow channel and the stud (7) of the tilt cylinder, and then goes via the throttling hole into the
balancing chamber in the lower part of the piston; at this time, the piston connecting to the high
pressure, under the action of the oil pressure, will transmit the force to the eccentric shaft via ball
bearing sleeve and roller, and the crankshaft will rotate under the action of eccentric torque; with
the admission of high pressure oil, the piston moves toward the axis direction until the bottom
dead point, and the piston cavity starts to connect with the oil return port via the oil distribution
plate, and at this time, driven by the crankshaft, the piston is pushed away from the axis direction,
the piston cavity volume will decrease, and the low pressure oil is discharged to the oil return port

8.使用本马达时,应尽可能使输出轴承受扭矩,不受或少受由于径向载荷作用而引起的附加弯
矩,否则会使轴承寿命缩短。当输出轴需外接齿轮时,应在齿轮的另一端另加支承。尽量避免
马达承受较大的径向力和轴向力。
8. When using the motor, try to let the output shaft bear the torque, to make it not affected or
less affected by the additional bending moment caused by the radial load, otherwise, the
service life of the bearing will be shortened. When the output shaft needs an external gear,
supporting shall be added separately at the other end of the gear. Try to prevent the motor

Range of Application
XHJ series hydraulic winch is a new product further improved with introduction of Italy
technology. The tension of this series of products is 5kN~300kN, and the products are complete in
specifications, and numerous in variety. It is widely used in ships, railways, engineering
machinery, petroleum, geological prospecting, metallurgy and other industries.
结构与特点
XHJ series hydraulic winch is mainly composed by XHM, XHS hydraulic motor, Z type normally
closed multidisc brake, C type planetary gear box, clutch, reel, supporting shaft, frame, etc.
1、XHM、XHS 系列液压马达与国内外现有各种径向曲轴低速大扭矩液压马达相比,具有更
高的容积和机械效率,噪音低、可靠性好、寿命长及大的调速范围,并可在泵工况下工作。
1. Compared with the existing domestic and foreign various radial crankshaft low-speed and
high-torque hydraulic motors, XHM and XHS series hydraulic motors have higher volume
and mechanical efficiency, low noise, good reliability, long service life and large speed range,
and can work under the pump condition.
2、制动器、行星齿轮箱、离合器等直接安装于卷筒内。因而该系列绞车在结构上具有紧凑、
体积小、重量轻、外形美观等特点。

Installation Requirements
1、绞车安装底座要求平整,有足够的刚度,防止绞车发生变形造成故障。绞车底座与安装底座
之间应焊接止推块.
1. The mounting base of the winch is required to be flat, with enough rigidity to prevent winch
deformation which may result in failure. Thrust block shall be welded between the base of
the winch and the mounting base.
2、安装螺钉须加弹簧垫圈,均匀拧紧。
2. The mounting screws must be coupled with a spring washer and tightened evenly.
3、操作换向阀使卷筒处于合适位置,把钢丝绳穿进卷筒边旁孔内,然后用钢丝绳压板和螺钉压
住绳头,螺钉必须拧紧。启动绞车回收钢丝绳并使其排列整齐,工作中卷筒上至少保持 3 圈钢
丝绳,否则绳头会脱出发生事故。
3. Operate the directional valve to make the reel in the right position, put the wire rope into the
hole next to the side of the reel, and then use the wire rope clamp and screws to press the
rope end, and the screws must be tightened. Start up the winch to retrieve the wire ropes and
make them neatly arranged; at least 3 turns of wire rope shall be kept on the reel during the
work, otherwise the ends of the rope will come off and cause accident.
4、绞车马达泄油口应单独接油箱,不能接到主回油路上。
4. The oil vent port of the winch motor shall be separately connected to the oil tank, and shall
not be connected to the main oil return loop.
5、液压系统使用的管件应按最大工作压力、液压油流速来选择。管路须经耐压实验,联接前
应进行酸洗和清洗。

pressure and the hydraulic oil flow rate. The piping must be carried out with pressure test,
and shall be acid pickled and cleaned before connection.
6、管路联接时应注意绞车的进出油口与钢丝绳方向(旋转方向)的关系。

Operating Instruction
1、第一次使用前,从液压马达的泄油孔处注满与液压系统用牌号一致的干净的液压油。液压
马达壳体内压力不得大于 0.1 MPa
1. Before using it for the first time, fill clean hydraulic oil which shall be consistent with the
grade of the hydraulic system from the oil vent hole of the hydraulic motor. The pressure
within the hydraulic motor shell shall not exceed 0.1Mpa.
2、每次使用前应检查绞车安装螺钉是否紧固可靠,检查钢丝绳有否损坏。
2. Check whether the mounting screws of the winch are reliable, whether the wire rope is
damaged before each use.
3、使用时,钢丝绳在卷筒上卷绕应排列有序,避免乱绳。

user.
5、平衡阀的开启压力必须比制动器的开启压力高 1~1.5MPa,否则绞车下放时会出现抖动现
象。
5. The cracking pressure of the balance valve must be 1~1.5MPa higher than the opening
pressure of the brake, otherwise the phenomenon of jitter will arise when the winch lowers
down.
6、本公司每台绞车出厂前均做过吊重试验并已调好平衡阀和溢流阀(配置时)。用户一般情
况下不要另行调节,如有特殊情况需由专业人员调节。面对平衡阀,向外旋出平衡阀的调节螺
栓,松开防松螺母,逆时针旋转调节螺栓,其开启压力提高,反之开启压力下降。溢流阀的调节与
平衡阀调节方法相反。
6. The company has conducted the hoisting test and has adjusted the balance valve and relief
valve (at the time of configuration) before each winch leaves the factory. Users generally do
not need readjustment, and under special circumstances, it shall be adjusted by professional
staff. Face the balance valve, outwardly unscrew the adjustable bolt of the balance valve,
loosen the lock nut and anticlockwise rotate the adjustable bolt, and the cracking pressure
will rise; conversely, the cracking pressure will be reduced, and the adjustment of the
pressure of the relief valve is opposite to the adjustment method of the balance valve.

2、工作运转过程中应经常检查液压绞车和系统的工作情况,如发现异常的升温、渗漏、振动
和噪音或压力异常脉动,应立即停车,查明原因并及时检修。

and the system. If any abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise or abnormal
pressure fluctuation is found, immediately shut it down, indentify the causes and conduct
maintenance promptly.
3、应经常注意油箱的液面高度,及液压油是否正常,如发现大量泡沫,应立即停车检査液压系
统吸油口是否漏气,回油口是否在油面以下,液压油是否进水乳化等。

normal; if a mass of foam appears, shut it down immediately and check whether there is gas
leakage at the oil suction of the hydraulic system, whether the oil return port is below the
liquid surface, and whether there is water inflow and emulsification in the hydraulic oil, etc.
4、定期检测液压油的质量指标,如发现超出规定值,应更换新油。不允许采用不同类型的液压
油混合使用,否则将影响液压绞车的使用性能。更换新油的周期视不同工况而异,用户可根据
实际情况自行规定。
4. Regular test the quality indices of hydraulic oil, and replace it with new oil if the indices are
found to exceed the specified value. Mixed use of different types of hydraulic oil is not
allowed, otherwise, the operational performance of the hydraulic transmission device will be
affected. The cycle for replacement with new oil varies depending on different working
conditions, and the user may specify it on his own based on the actual situation.
5. The company has filled 70# gear oil (SY1172-80) in the gearbox of the winch before it leaves
the factory, and the use shall replace that after cumulative use of 100 hours, and the method
for that is: firstly remove the magnetic plug from the reel, slowly rotate the reel to make the
stop up hole of the reel align with the stop up hole on the planetary gear box, then use
hexagon wrench to dismantle the end plug, to discharge the dirty oil, then fill clean and new
gear oil, remove the adsorbed substances from the magnetic head, and finally screw each end

6、经常检查滤油器使用情况,做到定期清洗或更换。

7、如果液压绞车出现故障时,可由专业人员对其进行检修。注意拆装零部件时不要将精密零
件敲毛、碰伤,特别是要保护好零件的运动和密封表面。拆下来的零件放于洁净的盛器内,要
避免相互碰撞。装配时应将全部零件清洗干净、吹干、不得使用棉纱、布头等檫抹液压零件。
配合部件应加入少量经过过滤的润滑油,拆下的零件应仔细地进行检査和修理,损坏或过度磨
损的零件应进行更换,密封件原则上应全部更换。
7. If the hydraulic winch fails, it can be overhauled by the professional staff. Pay attention not
to knock or bump the precision parts when assembling or disassembly the components,
especially protect the movement and sealing surface of the components. The removed
components shall be put in a clean container, to avoid collision. At the time of assembly, all
components should be cleaned, and dried with compressed air, and it is strictly prohibited to
wipe the hydraulic parts with cotton yarn, cloth, etc. For the mating parts, a small amount of
filtered lubricating oil shall be added. Removed parts should be carefully inspected and
repaired, the damaged or worn out parts should be replaced, and the sealed parts should be
replaced totally in principle.
8、如用户无拆检条件,不要自行对液压绞车拆检修理,应与本公司联系。

accelerate the aging of the seals.
(2)、液压绞车如长期存放不用,必须将内存油放净,灌满含酸值较低的透平油。外露表面上涂
防锈油,各油口用螺塞堵住或用盖板盖好。

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
1. 概述
1 General
Y-H 系列船用三相异步电动机(以下简称电动机)为全封闭、自扇冷式,对于潮气、霉
菌、盐雾、海水等气候性能具有防护作用,适用于一般船舶上驱动各种机械,如泵类、通风
机、分离器、液压机械及其它辅助设备之用。
This series are totally-enclosed self fan cooled, marine type three-phase squirrel-cage
asynchronous ones, it could prevent from moist, fungus, salt-mist and sea water, the motors are
suitable for driving all kinds of machines such as pumps, ventilators, separators, hydraulic machines
and other accessory equipments.
2. 电动机安装前的准备
2 Preparation before installation
2.1 详细核对铭牌上所载的各项数据,如额定功率、电压、频率、转速等是否与实际需要相
符。
2.1 Cheek all the data given on the name-plate, such as rated power, voltage, frequency and speed if
they are consistent with the actual demands.
2.2 仔细检查各零部件的装配是否良好,紧固件是否松动,并用手转动转子,察觉有无相擦现
象。
2.2 Inspect carefully if the assemblies of all the parts are in condition and if the fixing parts are
loose ,rotate the rotor by hand to observe if there is any clogging.
2.3 用 500V 兆欧表测量绕组之间及绕组对地的绝缘电阻,使用过程中测得的绝缘电阻至少不
低于 1MΩ,否则应进行干燥处理。
2.3 Measure the insulation resistance between the phase windings and between winding to the ground
with a 500V megger. During operation, the measured value should not be less than 1MΩ otherwise it
must be dried.
3. 电动机的安装

3.1 立式电动机在使用中不允许有任何轴向负荷。

3.3 接线盒的填料函方向,可在轴伸端方向以外的其它三个方向进行调换,当需要重新确定接
线盒填料函的方向时,可取下接线上的四个螺钉,将接线盒移位。

extension side. If the direction of the stuffing box needs to change, the terminal box can be moved by
removing the four symmetrical bolts on the box..
3.4 将填料函内的橡皮圈穿孔后进行接线,并将压紧螺母拧紧,达到防水防震的要求。

And the Packing nuts must be screwed up in order to
meet the waterproof and shockproof requirements.
3.5 电动机安装完毕,应检查紧固件,联接件是否可靠,用手转动转子,应轻松,无磕碰擦
伤。
3.5 After installation check all the fixing and joint parts to see if they are reliable, and the rotor must rotate
freely without clogging when it is trued manually.
4. 电动机的试运转

4.3 电动机在实际负载运转中,应继续观察其起动情况,运行时的声音是否正常,以及实际负
载电流是否超出铭牌上的规定值,在运行 0.5~1h 后,应停机再检查电动机各机械联接部分有
无过热及漏油,定、转子有无相擦现象等,如无异常情况发现,可进行正式使用。
4.3 During actual operation on load, still observe if starting condition or sound is normal, and if the
load current goes beyond the rated value. When the machine have loosed, the bearings overheated and
the oil leaked out, as well as the touching between the stator and the rotor occurred. If no such
phenomenon is found, the motor can be put into practical operation.
4.4 电动机应满压起动,如电源容量不足不能满压起动时,则可采用降压起动。电动机的起动
转矩降低与电压降低的平方成正比。降压起动一般采用 Y—△起动器。
4.4 The motor should be started with full voltage. If the mains is incapable of starting it with full
voltage. Reduced voltage starting can be adopted. The decrease in starting torque is proportional to the
square of the voltage drop. A Y-△ starter or a compensator is normally used for starting with reduced
voltage.
4.5 电动机的独立风机,运行时间后延一个小时,即主机停转后风机再运行 1 小时后方可停
机。
4.5 the working time of fan is prolonged for an hour, it means that after the motor is power off, the fan
keep operating an hour then it could stop.
5. 维护、检修及贮存
5 Service, Maintenance And Storage
5.1 电动机应按铭牌所标明的额定值使用,切莫过载,并应注意清洁和检查,防止受潮或异物
进入机体内部。
5.1 The motor must be operated according to the ratings on the nameplate and never be overloaded.
Cleaning and inspection should be paid attention to, and it must be prevented from moistening and
foreign matters entering.
5.2 电动机运转时,应经常记录有关仪表及温度计的读数,运行期间的检修情况。同时故障处
理亦应作好记录,供今后维护及检修时参考。
5.2 The readings of proper instruments, thermometer and inspection results should always be noted down
during operation. The treatments of troubles should also be kept for a reference to the check and
maintenance in the days to come.
5.3 电动机的风道应保证畅通无阻,并不能有热源置于电动机的周围。
5.3 Ventilation channel should be ensured unblocked and heat sources must not be placed near the
motor.
5.4 除 Y-H80~132 电动机使用封闭轴承,不用再加润滑脂外,Y-H160 以上电动机均设有轴承
润滑脂注入及排出装置,平时需要时,可取下电动机前后的注油螺塞,用油枪将润滑脂注入。
5.4 For all the Y80~132-H, the bearing is sealed, there’s no needs not to grease. Motors whose
frame size is more than Y160-H are equipped with grease filling and draining devices. You can
remove the front and rear filling screw plugs to fill grease with a grease gun if necessary.
5.5 轴承使用的润滑脂为 3 号锂基润滑脂,一般工作 6 个月左右,应更换润滑脂一次,如发现
油脂色泽暗,上面有水珠或尘垢聚集,油脂硬化变质或轴承发热等现象,应立即更换新油脂。
更换油脂时,应将陈油脂清除,并将轴承及轴承盖洗净,然后加入新油脂,所加的油脂量以轴
承室的 2/3 为宜。

color is getting dark, get rid of the old lubrication, clean the bearing and cover of bearing, add new
lubrication, the lubrication should cover 2/3 of the whole bearing room.

5.6 为了消除电动机的事故隐患,保证运行质量,电动机应定期进行检修,一般 3 个月检修一
次,每年大修一次。检修时应清除机体的积尘、污垢,保持接线板清洁,以免积尘受潮,产生
爬电。测量电动机线圈的绝缘电阻,检查接头、接地线、各紧固零件及传动机构的联接等有无
松动,消除所发现的缺陷。大修时应将电动机拆开,除进行检修的项目外,要注意检查线圈是
否完好,端部绑扎是否损坏,清洁机体内外,检查电动机的轴承磨损情况及更换新润滑脂。
5.6 Periodic inspection should be taken, in order to avert accident and ensure normal operation.
Generally a maintenance should be done every three months and an overhaul every year. For a
maintenance , the dust and dirt must be cleaned away from the external body, and the connecting
plate should be keep clean to avoid damped due to gathered dust, as damped connecting plate offer
causes creeping, detect the connections of insulation resistance of windings, check the connection of
terminals and grounding cables , and see if the joints of the fixing parts and drive mechanism have
loosed. Every fault found must be eliminated. For an overhaul, the motor must be disassembled,
besides the items belong to the maintenance , you should notice the windings if they are in condition,
and if the end bindings are damaged. You should also clean the inside and outside of the body,
observe if the motor’s bearing are worn out, and refresh the grease as required.
6. 电动机的干燥

6.1 受潮的电动机,使用前应进行干燥处理。

6.2 受海水侵蚀过的电动机,在干燥前应用淡水清洗。

6.3 干燥时,对电动机的加热不要超过 100℃,干燥时间一般为 4h 左右。

本产品满足 ABS 船级社的最新规范要求,主要供船舶起吊生活用品
及垃圾杂物。
This equipment and material are according to the last standards of ABS
classification society. It ’s mainly used for lifting living goods and marine
sundries on the ship.
船舶横倾≤5°,纵倾≤2°。
With shipboard list≤5°,trim≤2°.
港内作业。
At harbour
风速≤20m/s,相应风压≤250Pa。
Wind speed≤20m/s,wind pressure≤250Pa.

3. 设备安装
Mounting ot equipment
设备安装必须严格按照所供机械、液压、电气图纸 要求进行,用户
根据我们底座的形式将其与船体甲板焊接。安装起重机的甲板层应能承受
力为重直力 180Kn,倾覆力矩 1500kN·m,其强度必须满足要求。
Mounting of the equipment should be strictly based on the technical
requirements of mechanical, hydraulic and electric drawings.The customers
should welds crane seat based our form. For detailed connection,see attached
drawing.The foundation should bear a vertical force of 180kN and a turning-out
moment of 1500 kN·m . The strength of foundation should be satisfied.
先将塔架与底座装置连接,连接螺栓的拧紧力矩为 900N·m。

使用前准备工作
Preparations before operating
设备安装好后,加注液压油,加注量按液位计指示要求。
Upon the completion of mounting, the equipment shall be filled with
hydraulic oil and the filling capacity based on the requirements indicated
by oil level gauge.
各润滑点应加注钙基润滑脂,具体位量见附图所示。
Each lubricating point should be filled with calcium base grease.For
detailed position, see attached drawing.
一切准备好后,可投入使用。
Start commission only after finishing all preparations.
使用方法
Operating methods
打开电控箱,合上电源开关。
Opening the control box ,turn on the power switch.
启动泵站电机。(可以操作控制箱上的启动按钮,也可操作操纵台旁的
按钮盒中的启动按钮)
Start electric motor of pump station. (you could operate the two start
button at your option which is on the control box and the button box
beside the control desk).

在操作台上按需要操作设备变幅、吊放、回转,对应操作手柄分别为左、
中、右。
Control the equipment on the operating stand to carry out luffing, lifting
and slewing operation as needed and corresponding buttons is respectively at
left, middle and right.
当设备上限位开关动作后,需按下操纵台旁按钮盒中的复位按钮,同时
将操作阀的手柄推向相反位置,直到限位脱开。
If the limiter acted ,the reset button in the button box which beside
control desk should be pushed, and push the handle of operating valve to
the opposite,till limit switch disengaged.
操作完成后,按下停止按钮,切断电源。
Push the stop button ,shut off power source ,when finished operating.
5. 日常维护
Daily maintenance
用户在日常使用中,应按图提供的润滑点加注钙基润滑脂润滑。在每次
航行后使用前或每月加注依一次。
The customer shall fill calcium base grease at provided lubricating points
during daily use .Fill oil once before and after every sailing or per month.
钢丝绳上应涂敷润滑脂,钢丝绳不得在无油状态下使用。对钢丝绳应随
时检查。当发现钢丝折断达到 5%,或外层钢丝磨损达到 40%时必须更换。
The steel wire rope should be coated with grease.The steel wire rope
shouldn’t be used while lack of oil. Check wire rope at any time. When the
wire rope broken by 5% or outer layer wire rope worn by 40% is
found,replace it .
液压油每使用 12~18 月应进行更换。
Replace hydraulic oil every 12-18 month.

Safety protection
当设备起吊货物超重,会自动启动溢流阀;这时,起重机无法起吊重物,
起到过载保护作用。
When the equipment is over-loaded ,the overload limit may act preventing
the crane from running under over-load condition.
本起重机设有起升限位装置,在吊钩到达臂架头部时,能自动切断油路,
起到保护作用。
This crane is provided with hoisting limit device .When the hook reaches
the top of jib ,the limit device will automatically cut off the oil pipe so as to
protect the equipment .
