Good day!

Lapu-Lapu City College will have its Intramurals 2023 with a theme, “Sustaining Excellence in
Camaraderie Through Sports and Recreation”. This will take place in person from October 25 to 27,
2023 at the City Auditorium in Lapu-Lapu City.

In line with this, the College of Education would like to formally request to borrow costumes for the
dances (Dance Palabas and Folk dance) that will be used in the upcoming Intramurals 2023
from October 16 to 24, 2023.

LETTER OF REQUEST

Dear Dr. Pabillaran:

Good day!

We would like to ask for your permission to conduct a class “NutriFeast Activity” as output for our
final topic, Nutrition. Each first year classes will have to cook a 3-meal course (appetizer, main dish
and dessert) and create a unique food style that is healthy and nutritious. The said event/activity will
be held on November 27 to Dec. 1, 2023 (Monday to Friday) respectively.

In line with this, we would like to ask for your permission to use the mini-stage of IT building for
every cooking preparation for the said activity. Also, we would like to borrow 3 long tables to be
placed in the PE room for the plating of the food. Rest assured that we are going to do a thorough
after care after every class cooking preparation is done.
