Papers taken up today on an application for putting up the


superdari application moved on behalf of the applicant.

The instant application is regarding release of Car Desire


bering No.T-1123-PB-8817 on superdari. Report of the SHO concerned
was obtained. The same has been received and perused. It has been
reported that vehicle in question is in police possession in aforesaid case
but its original RC is with its owner and police has no objection to release
the vehicle on superdari to its registered owner.

In view of above, since the vehicle is not required for further


investigation at this stage, the said vehicle is ordered to be released on
superdari in favour of registered owner on furnishing requisite
sapurdignama to the satisfaction of the SHO concerned in terms of usual
terms and conditions of superdari. The applicant/registered owner is
directed not to alienate the said vehicle or to change its fundamental
character and to produce the same as and when so directed by the
investigating agency or by the court. Investigating officer is directed to
retain the RC of the vehicle and to submit the same with the challan.
