Product Description A 2-component putty based on unsaturated polyester resin with CHPO hardener

Designed Use Provide excellent filing property on crevices and uneven surfaces of car of machineries.

Performance
 Good adhesion on sanded refinish and OEM finishing
 Good spreading and very fast drying properties
 Easy filing and easy to sand
 Can be used for spot and panel repair
 Can be used on bare steel, aluminum, GRP and wood.

Finishing

Type 2 - Component
Mixing Ratio Base / Hardener ( 100 / 2-3 ) by weight

Colours Base: Off White ( mix with hardener – Yellow )

Finish Matt

Pack Size Base: 3 kg Hardener: 75g

Practical Application

Application Methods Knifing or troweling

Drying Times Drying Time: 3 – 5 minutes,

Hard Dry to sand: 60 – 120 minutes

Pot Life 4 – 8 minutes @ 30°C

Surface Preparation
Spot Repair

1. Clean with water and soap

2. Degrease and wipe dry with clean cloth
3. Sand: Mechanically with Sandpaper 240
4. Apply Kanpe Poly-Putty EZ with rubber squeegee or metal spreader
5. Sand with sandpaper 280, then with sandpaper 400
6. Again degrease and wipe dry with clean cloth

Remarks
 Do not apply Kanpe Poly-Putty EZ over unsanded substrates
 Use recommended amount of hardener to avoid bleeding and spot marks
 Do not apply topcoat directly over putty to avoid absorption
 Use all material at room temperature

Storage Store in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight and keep away from naked flame and
reach of children

Shelf Life 6 months under normal condition

Health & Safety This product contain chemicals. Ensure adequate lighting and ventilation during
application and drying. Do not use in confined spaces. Keep windows and doors open
at all times.
 This product does not contain added lead or mercury.
 When applying paints, it is advisable to wear eye protection.
 In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and see
medical advice.
 Use soap and water to remove splashes from skin.
 Storage: Keep container closed and store in clean and dry conditions.
 Do not empty into drains or water courses.
 This product is flammable. Keep out of reach of children.
