Prewave Solutions Private Limited is a private company that provide


software publishing, consultancy, and supply. This includes the
production, supply, and documentation of ready-made software, operating
systems software, business and other application software, computer
games software for all platforms, as well as consultancy services for
providing custom software solutions based on user needs and problems.
The company may also engage in software maintenance and web-page
design.To provide satisfactory high quality management solutions to our
customers beyond their expectations.
The company was incorporated on December 13, 2017 and the Directors
of Prewave Solutions Private Limited are Ushashree Nayak, Minati Dash
and Shubhransu Sekhar Satapathy.They offer consulting services for both
industrial and business operations, as well as recruitment and placement
of manpower. Their guidance and advice can benefit individuals,
corporations, societies, institutions, associations, governments, and local
authorities in various areas such as administration, organization,
production, storage, marketing, sales, and management.
As part of their business consulting services, they specialize in labor
recruitment and placement for diverse industries and organizations.They
meticulously screen, interview, train, and place individuals ranging from
executives to unskilled workers and laborers. Their services are available
to security service providers, labor contractors, as well as the industrial,
commercial, and housing sectors.Our services include providing security
personnel and office management, employment bureau, consultancy, and
manpower supply in India and abroad.
The functions are typically split between a variety of people, who do not
have the training and experience that an HR Consultant brings to the

to clients, you might be required to compile reports and presentations
based on your findings.

2. Data Collection and Analysis: As an intern, the task will be to collect


and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, such as the HRIS
(Human Resource Information System) and payroll systems. This entails
organizing and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
that can be used to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

3. Support for HR Policies and Procedures: Another responsibility is to


assist in the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
Conducting research, writing policy documents, and ensuring compliance
with legal requirements and industry standards may all be part of the job.

4. Client Support and Communication: the assignment is to interact with


clients and help them with their HR-related questions and concerns. This
could entail attending client meetings, preparing materials for

LESSONS FROM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
I have gained a great deal of knowledge from my internship at an HR
consulting firm. Everything from ethics and professionalism to flexibility,
collaboration, and lifelong learning, every experience shaped my
development as an HR specialist.

1.Flexibility and Adaptability: I was able to swiftly pick up the skills


necessary to adapt to shifting conditions, industry trends, and various
client needs. I learned from this lesson how important it is to embrace
change, have an open mind, and come up with creative solutions.

2.Effective Communication: Throughout my internship, I realized how


important it was to have effective communication skills. Through writing
emails, leading meetings, and running training sessions, I developed my
ability to communicate effectively briefly, and compassionately. The
importance of encouraging open communication, adjusting
communication styles to suit various audiences, and engaging in active
listening were all emphasized in this lesson.

3.Constant Learning: My internship program made me aware of the


importance of ongoing education in the human resources sector. I came to
understand that in order to advance both personally and professionally, it
was imperative to keep up with industry trends, attend workshops, and
look for professional development opportunities. I have a lifelong
commitment to learning and self-improvement because of this lesson.

4.Multitasking and Time Management:During my time at an HR


consulting firm, I developed strong skills in time management and
multitasking. The fast-paced environment required me to prioritize tasks,
strategically plan, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. This
experience sharpened my ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, my internship at the HR consulting firm has been a life-


changing experience that has expanded my knowledge of the HR industry
and given me access to priceless skills. Throughout my internship, I got
the chance to watch and learn from seasoned HR professionals, picking
up tips on how they solve problems, communicate effectively, and uphold
ethical standards.The value of professionalism and workplace manners
was one of the most important things I took away from my internship. I
learned how to act professionally in a business environment, how to
communicate clearly from this experience. Along with this, I gained a
strong sense of accountability for managing sensitive HR issues and
realized how important it is to respect moral principles and keep
confidentiality. I learned to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing
conditions and client needs.Overall, my experience as an intern at the HR
