This has reference to the delay on the application of the NSTP Serial Number of Ms.
Tracy Jane D. Delima who is presently enrolled in our school as a fourth-year student
with the degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) during the second
semester, A.Y. 2023-2024.

She took the said subject in the Divine Mercy Computer College, Inc. during the second
semester, A.Y. 2007-2008 but the school was not able to apply for serial number of their
NSTP Graduates as per checking of your good office. Attached herewith her Transcript
of Records from the Divine Mercy Computer College, Inc. for your reference.
