 Preparation of 13 weeks Fund Forecast Statement to manage the cash flows.
 Preparation and Analysis of Material Usage Variance (MUV) SKU wise on a weekly and monthly
basis.
 Preparation of overall Factory Cost MIS on monthly basis and analyzing the reasons of deviation from
AOP and LE.
 Preparation of other statements on the requirement of the management.

4) Report Analysis
 Managing milk rates for our own MCC’s in synchronization with Milk Procurement Team based on
15.50% Total Solids (TS) by analyzing the rates of the competitors.
 Preparation of Average Milk Price and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) Report on monthly basis.
 Analyzing the milk rates against AOP and LE and giving suggestions on route optimization.

5) Taxation
 Managing the Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance for factory.
 Managing the VAT, CST and Entry Tax Assessments.
 Managing the Taxation and Sales Tax cases pending at various authorities (Tribunals) and courts.
