This has reference to your letter received June 27, 2024 requesting for weather/data certification for the approval of
Suspension/Time Extension and /or Billing and Collection of the project ID No.
Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Padre Herrera, Macalelon, Quezon

located at Macalelon, Quezon

In connection with this, please find attached extract of rainfall data observed at Mulanay Synoptic Station, the nearest
PAGASA observing station to the place requested for.

In case this shall be used for litigation purposes requiring our appearance in court as friends of the court, subpoenas
in connection therewith should be addressed to:

Section G.I. 42 of the Revised Auditing Manual for Research Operations, 1981, states that "An employee who is subpoenaed

his actual and necessary traveling expenses, or to per diem in lieu thereof, "Please be guided accordingly".
