permission was granted under the Bombay Lifts Act, 1939 period six months from the date of his
declaration. We also declare that all completed lifts installations have been duly inspected by the
inspector of lifts and defects pointed out by them have been duly complied with. All the lifts installed
by us have been handed over to the respective owners. At present we have one lift at installation
stage.

Rs. 8500/-Towards the Licence fee has deposited in the Government Treasury and request you to
grant a Licence to use the lift at an early date.

The installation is completed by M/s.TK Elevator India Pvt. Ltd., and we would appreciate if the
inspection is carried out immediately to enable us to use the lift.

Please let us know when you intend to visit the site to inspect the installation so that we could ask
M/s.T K Elevator India Pvt. Ltd., to make arrangements to depute one of their representatives to
assist you in carrying out the inspection.

Also enclosed find a Certificate & Form 'B1` required by you in accordance with the requirements
