Business Development Executive

The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organization’s growth efforts by
contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients
from various geographies (United States, Europe, Middle East & Asia Pacific) and keep the senior
management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities
of a Business Development Executive include:

Job Description:

• Develop in depth understanding of product and service offerings of the company


• Identify new potential customers/prospects in the respective geographies as per defined Ideal
Customer Profile (ICP) and update it in the CRM
• Add contact information of decision makers (CXO, VP, Directors) with email id’s and contact
numbers
• Email/ Make cold calls and arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information
• Working closely with other teams to develop new business
• Keep prospective client database updated from time to time
• Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
• Attending industry events to generate business leads

Competencies and Skills Required

• Must possess strong customer service skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must have good negotiation skills
• Must be able to create good presentations
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented and an active listener
• Ability to work under pressure

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech graduates with a minimum score of 60% across academics


• Year of Graduation: 2024 passed outs
• Candidates must be available to join immediately and work from office

Salary: 3.6L CTC (3L CTC during the probation period of 6 months)
