AFFIDAVIT
WE, ALEXANDER MWANTHI and JOSEPIINE NDUNGE MUTIKU jointly and severally. Male
and female within the Republic of Kenya do solemnly take oath and state as follows:-

1. THAT we are both adult of sound minds hence competent and authorized to make and swear
this affidavit confirming our marriage to each other

2. THAT on my part I ALEXANDER MWANTHI Swear that I am a Kenyan Citizen and the
holder of the Republic of Kenya lD. No 7258137 and that legally married to one JOSEPHINE
NDUNGE MUTIKU of ID No 2100083 in accordance with the Kamba Customary Law and all
intent to purpose.

3. THAT on my part I JOSEPHINE NDUNGE MUTIKU swear that I am a Kenyan and the
holder of Republic of Kenya's ID. No, 21000183 and that I am legally married to one
ALEXANDER MWANTHI ID. No 7258137 in accordance with the Kamba Customary Law
hence he is my legally married husband Law and all intend and purposes.

4. THAT we jointly and severally make and swear the Affidavit to be recognized as legally married
Husband and wife since 1990.
5. THAT what is sworn herein is true, correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
