Performance Review

1. Strong points

My strong points are being resourceful for understanding of complex technical concepts on
resolving technical issues efficiently. Also, I can easily adapt and learn because technology is constantly
evolving and also being develop every year, having so much curiosity will help anyone to had an advance
idea before encountering technological advancement. Time management and organization allows me to
prioritize tasks, meet deadline, keep track of progress. Lastly, I’m also active on collaborating with
colleagues, sharing my knowledge and expertise to support their needs when it comes to technical
issues.

2. Weak points

My weakness is when it comes to documentation, I’m aware that sometimes I lost my track of
my task that was need to be documented for future references. It is very important for me as an IT
professional because it will be resource when a task or assignment is given. Task and Assignment
accuracy recently is my weakness also sometimes I produce or provide a task that’s need to be
accurate as a User or my colleagues requested.

3. What can be done to improve employee’s effectiveness? Note where training can be helpful

Training and Team building engagement will help easily for me to learn and share ideas for being
an IT professional. Also, wide and open resourceful will help me more become efficient yet effective
on my daily role as an employee of RPG. Setting a goal and performance planning is an effective way
to keep track my improvement as an employee. Lastly receiving feedbacks on every task or
assignment that I accomplish will allow me to evaluate my self for opening the doors towards
improvement.
