We summarize below the Diaphragm compressors data: Inlet Pressure: 10bar g., Discharge Pressure:
200bar g, Flow: 10Nm3/h

We have offered you a package with our VC1 Diaphragm compressor two stages, two cylinders.

This compressor will guarantee zero contamination and absolute purity as the gas at intake.

Inside the compressor, the gas wet parts will be in contact with only stainless steel.

The static seals of the diaphragm compressor guarantee a leak tight solution, with minimum gas
leakage.

We guarantee the entire system shall conform to CE/PED/ATEX European standards suitable for a
Zone 2 Atex area.

1 VC1-10/10-200 hydrogen compressor with the following components:
Complete enclosed frame
Heavy duty cast iron frame casting
Forced feed lubrication to all required parts
Oil pump driven by compressor shaft
Forged steel crankshaft, connecting rod and alloy steel piston rods
Water-cooled cylinder head
Triple diaphragm with leakage detection system to prevent any contamination
One sets of operation and maintenance manual in English language

Inter & after coolers
Pressure relief valve on each stage

4. Sound proof enclosure (Excluded)

Guaranteed for 18 months against any manufacturing defect from the date of dispatch or 12
months from the date of start-up of compressor, whichever is earlier.
