ACTIVITY DESIGN
TITLE : BRIGADA ESKWELA 2023
DATE : August 14-19 2023
VENUE : Anonang National High School
PARTICIPANTS : Principal, Teachers, parents, students, local government
entities, non-governmental organizations, and other
stakeholders
I. Rationale
Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 24 s. 2008 known as National School
National Schools Maintenance Week or the Institutionalizing of Brigada
Eskwela Program that seeks to ensure that public schools are prepared for
the upcoming academic year. This nationwide event brings together school
administrators, teachers, parents, students, local government entities, non-
governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to participate in a
variety of activities that are focused on enhancing the learning environment
and improving school facilities. This justification emphasizes the Brigada
Eskwela Program's critical role in encouraging community cooperation for the
growth of high-quality education in the nation in the spirit of Bayanihan.
II. Terminal And Enabling Objectives
To comply with the mandate of Department of Education, the conduct
of Brigada Eskwela aims:

1. to strengthen community engagement,


2. to enhance school facilities,
3. to promote volunteerism and civic responsibility,
4. to empower School Administrators and Teachers.
5. to direct and monitor the implementation of different activities as specified in the
schoolwork plan.
III. Methodologies and Delivery Modes
 Meeting and reporting of each committee will be conducted.
 Acceptance of volunteer parents and other stakeholder will be done
on schedule basis with 10 to 15 persons in the morning and another
set in the afternoon.
 Advertisement of the activity will be done through hanging of
tarpaulins on conspicuous places, motorcade and giving of flyers and
video promotions on social media.
IV. Participants
The participants of the activity are the school administrators,
teachers, parents, students, local government entities, non-governmental
organizations, and other stakeholders.
V. Funding
The fundings of this activity shall be charge against school’s fund such
as School Income Generating Project, PTA Fund, Canteen, and other sources
intended for the extra- curricular activities.
