Activity Title Conduct of Brigada Eskwela S.Y 2022-2023


IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Venue Bolocboloc Elementary School
Objectives  Implement the school’s maintenance and repair
activities, which include the provision of the
immediate needs of the school including the
needs of disaster or calamities, and addressing
resource gaps for the reopening of face-to-face
classes
 Strengthened partnership engagements with
partners and stakeholders that complement
DepEd efforts to ensure quality basic education
 Achieve significant goals which shall contribute
to increasing students’ participation rate,
reducing drop-outs, and help improve learning
for both learners and the community under the
Brigada Eskwela
 Create a network of community-based
organizations to get total community
commitment for collaborative programs and
projects including the Brigada Pagbasa in
response to the hamon: Bawat Bata Bumabasa

Activity Description This is a month long activity which starts from August
1 until August 26, 2022. It highlights the country’s
collective efforts from various partnership engagements
in the local and national level to address learning gaps
and social issues. These engagements shall create a
safe learning environment for the learners, teaching
and non teaching personnel, and community for the
achievement of quality basic education .
Highlights  Repainting of chairs and tables
 Repair of dilapidated walls or fence
 Trimming of plants
 Pruning of trees
 Enhancing the landscape of the school
 Sorting out dried leaves, twigs, and branches in the
school garden
 Re-arrangement of things inside the classroom
 Re-potting of some plants
 Varnishing chairs, tables, and floors
 Throwing away unwanted stuff inside the classroom
 Brigada Pabasa

 Plot program of work for every volunteer group or
individual to achieve sustainable result
 The assessment of the physical facilities and
maintenance needs of the school should be
prioritized in the conduct of Brigada Eskwela and
the manpower of the volunteers should be utilized
on it.
Policy  Crop a localized rewards and recognition guidelines
Recommendations  Deliberate and collaborate with SDO representative,
District Supervisor, School Planning Team (SPT),
Teachers, Guidance Counselors, School Governing
Council (SGC), GPTA Officers, Barangay Officials,
Stakeholders, Government Officials, etc. who has
direct control to resolve the
issues/concerns/gaps/problems of the participants
shall then act by providing possible
solutions/recommendations to the
issues/concerns/gaps/problems in the
implementation of Brigada Eskwela
