F. STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS
A. SITE PREPARATION 1. Installation of G.I pipe columns to be installed at the concrete pedestal.

2. STAKES AND BATTER BOARDS 3. Welding works and cutting lists of tubular steel.
3. ROUGH GRADING 4. Base plates of 0.15m x 0.15m x 8mm with 4-12mm Ø holes
• Cut and fill machine grade the site area. 5. Fully welded at the base of the tubular steel column.
6. Full weld installation will be used for the installation of tubular steel rafters and battens
B. EXCAVATION WORK

C. STEEL WORKS (REBARS)


1. Fabrication of concrete pedestal Footing rebars and concrete pedestal rebars.
2. rebars and tie wires in the fabrication shall be 12mm Ø and 10mm Ø bars and #16 GI tie wire
3. Footing rebar composing of 12mm Ø bars and pedestal rebar composing of 10mm Ø both bar
and lateral ties.
4. Proper Installation of fabricated rebars.
5. Concrete spaces for foundations with height of 75m

D. FORMWORKS
1. Proper installation of formworks for the concreting of concrete pedestals.
2. The use of phenolic board ½” and coco lumber is required.
3. Concrete spacers for the concrete pedestal with height of 50mm is also required.

E. CONCRETING
1. Class A mix of concrete and the proper concreting of the footing and the pedestal.
2. Mix must have strength of 3,000 to 5,000 psi.
3. Pouring and Spreading of the concrete evenly throughout the form.
