The humble petition of the above named petitioners

Most Respectfully Sheweth :-

1. That on the basis of such written complaint. The above reference case is initiated against the petitioners.
2. That the petitioners are innocent and falsely implicated in this case
3. That the whole allegation made in the said written complaint is totally false.
4. That the petitioners will face the trial of the instant case.
5. That the petitioners will co-operate the I.O. for smooth sailing of its proper investigation.
6. That the petitioners are in no way connected with the alleged incident.
7. That the petitioners will comply with the conditions which may be imposed upon them by the Ld. Court.
8. That the petitioners have permanent hearth and home and there is no chance of their abscondance.
It is, therefore, payed that your Honour would graciously be pleased to grant the anticipatory bail U/s
438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the above named petitioners with any condition/conditions as your Honour
may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice.

We, 1. Alimuddi Md. @ Haque, Son of Late Nazmul Haque, aged 64 years, 2. Jomir Md. S/o. Alimuddin aged about 32
years, 3. Anjuara Begam, D/o. Alilul Haque, aged 31 years, all are resident of Baragharia Bhanga Gudam, Thutapakuri,
P.O. Goralbari, P.S. Kotwali, Dist. Jalpaiguri, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows :-

1. That we are the petitioners and well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the instant application U/s 438
Cr.P. C.

2. That we have not filed any application for Anticipatory bail U/s 438 Cr.P.C. before the Hon’ble High Court at
Calcutta or before any other Superior Court for similar relief in connection with the above reference case.
