Subject: Request for Quarterly Skills Training for Persons Deprived of Liberty in Imus City
Jail Male Dormitory

Dear Ma’am,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. Our organization is
committed to the rehabilitation and empowerment of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL)
within our community. We believe that providing these individuals with relevant skills
training is essential for their successful reintegration into society upon their release.

In line with this mission, we are seeking the support and collaboration of the
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to initiate a quarterly skills
training program for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at Imus City Jail Male Dormitory.
This initiative aims to equip the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) with practical skills that
can enhance their employability and self-sufficiency, thereby contributing to their personal
development and societal reintegration.

We propose the following details for the training program:

1. Training Frequency: Quarterly sessions (four times a year)
2. Proposed Courses: Basic Carpentry, Electrical Installation and Maintenance,
Welding, and Entrepreneurship
3. Assessment and Certification: Conducted by TESDA to ensure the quality and
credibility of the training

We firmly believe that this program will have a significant positive impact on the
lives of the PDL, providing them with valuable skills that can help them lead productive
lives post-incarceration. Moreover, this initiative aligns with TESDA's mission to provide
inclusive and equitable quality technical education and skills development to all Filipinos.

We would be honored to discuss this proposal further at your earliest convenience

and explore how we can collaboratively make this program a reality. Your support and
expertise are invaluable to us, and we are confident that together, we can make a
meaningful difference in the lives of these individuals.

Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the possibility of
partnering with TESDA on this important initiative.
