It brings me great joy to introduce Mr. Waqar Ahmed , son of Jameel Ahmed , whom
I have had the pleasure of knowing for the past four years as a student at the Department of Rural
sociology , Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam. Waqar has consistently stood out as a

department.
Throughout my interactions with him, I have been consistently impressed by Waqar 's
