EXPLANATION/ MANIFESTATION

Undersigned, JOSEPH A. PAREDES, PDEA RO2 evidence custodian, unto this

Honorable Court, most respectfully submit the foregoing explanation to the SHOW
CAUSE ORDER dated April 8, 2024, issued by the Honorable Court;

With all due respect to the Honorable Court, the undersigned custodian
respectfully seek indulgence for his failure to comply to the March 19, 2024 Order on
reason that the said ORDER (March 19, 2024) was received by someone but failed to
properly endorse the said Order to the undersigned and was not timely entered into
the PDEA Laboratory Logbook for reference. The said Order could have been complied
with by the undersigned had he been properly informed. Had it not for this Show
Cause Order, I would not have known of such failure to comply.

Anent to this, I humbly seek indulgence and ask for apology for failure on my
part to comply to said March 19, 2024 Order. Said un-intentional mistake was of pure
human error and not in any manner intended to delay the administration of justice.
Likewise, herein undersigned respectfully manifests his full compliance to said Order.
