Dear Madam/Sir:

In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of
the Brigada Eskwela Program or the National Schools Maintenance Week
(NSMW), the undersigned, on behalf of CIRIACO C.GODOY Elementary School,
is humbly asking for your participation in the said program.

The program starts on July 22 and ends on July 27, 2024. If you are willing to
be a part of it, you may come to the school on or in between the dates
mentioned when you are available to volunteer.

Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it ready for
the next school year during the program are: cleaning of the school ground,
fencing of the bio-sand filtration facility, painting of school walls Cleaning of
classrooms and office, pruning/trimming of trees around the school, sorting
papers and garbage, fixing of garbage disposal, and renovating broken school
ceilings.

Thank you so much. We are looking forward to seeing you being a part of the
said school program.

Madam/Sir,

The CIRIACO C. GODOY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is an institution

that promotes quality education and instills moral values in its students.
As we want to ensure that our students get the best education and stay
in an environment conducive to learning, we are now preparing for the BRIGADA
ESKWELA, a proposed program by the Department of Education that will help us
accomplish our mission.

The said program will last from July 22 to July 27, 2024.

In line with this, we are humbly knocking at your kind heart to send us help by

improve our classrooms and other school facilities.
