Ref: Dress Code, Office Attendance & Discipline

‘We’ – be it family or organization.
Putting on appropriate office dress, attending office in time is a core fiber of Discipline that leads to group
dynamics, developed organizational behavior and corporate culture resulting in sustainable growth of the
organization.
And all those leading to achieving our year-to-year GOAL
To this effect, the employees of the Company must comply with office discipline with professional settings
following the appropriate corporate business discipline.
Reporting Time to the Workplace: within 9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. positively
Business Professional Attire for Male -
Executive:
 Standard color Formal Suit (i.e. Black, Blue, Dark Brown, Gray, etc.)
 Light color full sleeve formal shirt (i.e. white, off-white, light-blue, light-pink, etc.)
 Shoes are preferably of Black or Brown color
Officer:
 Light color full sleeve formal shirt (i.e. white, off-white, light-blue, light-pink, etc.)
 Decent color formal trousers/pants
 Formal Shoes (preferably of Black or Brown color)
 Tie is mandatory for both Executives & Officers of the Company
Business Professional Attire for Female -
Executive and Officer:
Decent traditional dress i.e. Salwar-Kameez and / or Sari with proper scarf and grooming; Palazzo &
Leggings NOT Allowed
Dress Code for Thursday Only:
 SMART Casual (i.e. Decent Jeans/Trouser & Keds/Sneakers/Loafers, Casual full sleeve/half sleeve
shirt, blazer). Blazer is mandatory for Executives
 Slipper/Sandals, T-shirt, Pajama-Panjabi etc. NOT Allowed
 Any decent traditional dress for Female Employees
Support Staff -
 Male: As per Company’s dress code provided by General & Common Services Division
 Female: A decent traditional dress i.e. Salwar-Kameez with proper scarf and grooming
To wear Employee ID Card & Face Mask during office hour is mandatory and the compliance of the
government instruction of - “No Mask, No Service” should positively be enforced.

To enhance brand image and reputation of the Company, Heads of Branches & Divisions must ensure the
proper dress code & in-time presence of all the employees including support staff under their disposal while
on duty.

Authorized officials will pay surprise visit to Branches & Divisions to discourage the non-compliance.

Let’s remember - any deviation of the Dress Code, Office Attendance & Discipline is sure to deteriorate the
corporate image of the Company resulting in self-reprimanding.
Please bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all concerned for meticulous compliance.
