Schedule B to Quality Systems Assessment Agreement - Services

AGSI Certification Pvt. Ltd. (AGS - CPL) will provide Services as per 1 to 7 of this schedule, as applicable to
the Client in following locations w.r.t. the standard ISO 9001:2015 and the scope of activities and
associated production as described below:

Scope: Manufacture and Supply Of Railway Overhead Electrical Fittings, Pantograph for Electrical
Locomotive and Press Tools Sheet Metal Equipment

1) Initial Audit (Stage 1)
a) To evaluate and understand the client's location, personnel, management system, site operations,
regulatory requirements and any other significant aspects.
b) To evaluate if the internal audits and management review are planned and performed.
c) Review the quality system documentation in order to establish the following:
> The documentation addresses all relevant elements of the applicable quality system standard.
> All elements of the system comply with the quality system standard.
> The documentation is appropriate to the assessment scope.
> The documents have been issued, are controlled, and are available to appropriate personnel.
> The system is common to all sites to be included in the approval.
The stage 1 audit is conducted onsite or offsite or both (at the discretion of AGSI-CPL).
The purpose of stage 1 audit is to evaluate if the level of implementation of the management system
substantiates that the client is ready for stage 2 audit and to help planning the stage 2 audit.
2) Initial Audit (Stage 2)
Carry out initial audit (stage 2)
Scope will be dependent upon the activities AGSI-CPL witnesses during the assessment and therefore may be
subject to change. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the final determination of the language of the
Scope be at the discretion of AGSI-CPL.
The audit program includes the following elements:
* Introductory meeting * Audit * Daily review meeting with the Client to discuss audit findings
* Issuance of audit report * Post-audit meeting with the Client
3) Nonconformance
Issue detailed nonconformances and if necessary conduct a re-audit to verify corrective actions
4) Management System Certificate
Issue a quality system approval certificate on completion of a satisfactory audit. The certificate is valid for three
years from the earliest date of either approval by AGSI-CPL or of the publication date of the current ISO 9000
standard, and is subject to satisfactory maintenance of approval.
5) Surveillance
Carry out maintenance of approval surveillance visits at intervals as specified in schedule A.
6) Special Surveillance
Perform, in general, a special surveillance under the following circumstances:
* The Client had made a significant change in his quality system
* The Client wishes to extend the scope of his certification
* There is evidence that the Client's quality system is not adequately implemented and / or the conditions
of certification are not complied with
7) Recertification
Conduct re-approval surveillance every three years (prior to expiration of the approval certificate).
