CONCLUSION

It can be concluded that the program offers a valuable learning

experience for us. Through hands on training, we got chance to
apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to the real-life
construction projects. This type of experimental learning is highly
beneficial for us as it allows them to develop practical skills, problem
solving abilities, and teamwork skills. Additionally, the OJT program
provides student with the opportunity to network with professionals
in the construction industry, which can lead to the future job

opportunities.
