Dear Parent,

Recently, your child, Abhe R. Necessario, has not been behaving well in school and also
having been absent for how many days. Your child has incidents of inappropriate behavior
recorded on the class behavior log.

It is important that your child understands the need to follow our school rules and to follow
the contract of the home school agreement. I would appreciate it if you could discuss their
behavior with him and encourage him to attend class during class days.

If your child’s behavior does not improve, I will contact you again and suggest that we meet
to discuss how we can work together. However, at this stage I am confident that a reminder of
how to behave appropriately will be sufficient.

If you have any question, feel free to contact me or you can go to school.

Following my previous letter regarding the behavior and absences of ABHE R.

NECESSARIO, I am sorry to say that they are still struggling to adhere to our school rules
and to follow the home school agreement. Your child had another two incidents recorded on
the class behavior log.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange to meet with me so we can discuss a way forward.
We will have our 2nd HPTA meeting on November 20, 2023 and looking forward for you to
attend on the said meeting.
