EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between:

ELENA E. HIDALGO, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence at Brgy. South
Poblacion, Masinloc, Zambales;

MILAGROS E. ECHON, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence at Brgy.


Babancal, Candelaria, Zambales;

NESTOR A. ECLARINO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy.


Yamot, Candelaria, Zambales;

GREGORIO A. ECLARINO, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence at Brgy.


Yamot, Candelaria, Zambales;

ROGER A. ECLARINO, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence at Brgy.


Lauis, Candelaria, Zambales;

SALVADOR E. ECLARINO, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.


Yamot, Candelaria, Zambales; and

MARCOS A. ECLARINO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy.

- WITNESSETH -
That, WE are the sole heirs of the deceased AGATONICA A. ECLARINO who
died on __________________, at _____________________________, copy of his death
certificate is hereto attached as Annex “A”;

That AGATONICA A. ECLARINO, died intestate, without Will or Testament,


and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

That AGATONICA A. ECLARINO, is the absolute and registered owner of a


parcel of land situated at Brgy Lauis, Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Zambales,
Luzon, Philippines, containing an area of TWENTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE (26, 779) square meters, and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. C-T-4255 of the Registry of Deeds of the Province of
Zambales, more particularly described as follows:

That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines,
and being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the
parcel of land described above, in this wise, to wit:

1. Firstly, the 26, 779 square meters entire lot area shall be so divided exactly in two
parts;

2. Thereafter, the one-half portion of the total lot area from the center diameter
thereof and fronting the sea, is hereby assigned and given to JAZMINE E.
HIDALGO; and

3. Finally, the other half thereof shall be equally apportioned between and among
the parties to this Deed.

WE hereby affirm that the foregoing was executed out of our own voluntary will,
without force, intimidation or violence upon our persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hands on the _______ day of July,
2018 at Province of Zambales, Philippines.
