I am a MBA fresher from SDM-IMD Mysuru. I have an 9 months of
work experience as a internal auditor in the professional service
industry. In this role, I manage all aspects of project's for which I am
responsible : financial, operational, information system and follow up
audits.
I come from a traditional family and in our family there are four
members including me. First of my respected father who is financer.
Then my lovely mother she is house wife and my younger brother
who is pursuing final year B.COM ,this is all about my family
background
My biggest career is to become Senior Project Manager in next 7
years. To achieve this, I will refine my project management skills,
become Certified Scrum Master (CSM), gain understanding of
software development lifecycle best practices, and develop expertise
in project management tools, including MS Project, Smartsheets, and
MS Office. Also International travel is something I have always wanted
to do, but could never afford. As a senior project manager, I could
fulfill that dream while making an impact on your organization.
In this position I'll get an opportunity to travel across the globe to take
lead in multiple project's. There will be working flexibility in place and
time to work their own way. The responsibility and exposure of a
project manager & a CEO are very much alike.
My greatest strength is attention to detail. I’ve always been detail-
oriented, and it’s something I enjoy. In my last job as internal auditor,
I was frequently required to manage 8-10 client at a time, and often
had different tasks going on in those different time. Being detail-
oriented allowed me to deliver 100% of my result on-time to our
clients. In fact, I finished 45% of my assigned task ahead of schedule.
I experienced my greatest achievement when I worked as a digital
marketing intern in GMCSCo. The companies sports website was
struggling at the time, and I was tasked with forming a strategy to
increase traffic.
I noticed the IPL were in a month’s time, so I devised an IPL Campaign
across video, written and social platforms and linked the content to
popular search terms. After executing the campaign, I increased
content output by 15% and traffic by 20%, showing I can get results in
challenging situations
During a period of change in tax system GST was new to client's during
my time as the internal auditor in my previous position, I had to deal
with renegotiating prices and new tax policies with multiple client's.
We needed to renegotiate repayment schedule, which was tricky
because some client's were fairly new. I developed a plan that I’d
introduce them first to ensure I’ve considered their pain points and
which also helps our company. I then contacted them directly and
asked for a face-to-face meeting because it would make it easier to

negotiate. I explained the situation, presented my plan and we
worked through problem points. In the end, we managed to educate
them about new tax system introduced by government and
renegotiate with them prices and saw the company through tough
times. The situation definitely taught me the importance of preparing
for meetings and considering other points of view.
I'll be honest and accept the situation and the next step is to contact
the management team and to inform them, I'll explain what are the
reason's for my missed deadlines and deliver the work what I have
completed so far. I will make amends that I'll be working for an extra
time to complete the work and finally I won't repeat this in future
Before completing my post graduation in SDM-IMD Mysuru, I was
working in an auditing firm as an internal auditor the reason for that is
my failure, I had a backlog in final semester B.COM in one subject I
was totally blank I thought I lost everything even my parents were not
willing to support me, than after a month I came into a decision that I
should not waste my time, I should make this time usefull than I
joined auditing firm with reference, because it will be usefull for me as
I am from commerce background I learnt new skills gained knowledge,
than I completed my backlog and finally came into a decision that I
should complete my goal and I researched in google and I found SDM-
IMD college and now I am here completed post graduation
I like communicating, knowledge sharing, ideas exchanging and
identifing the hidden talent in Person which is usefull for organization,
giving complement's for their achivemmet and leading them in a right
way
My decision making process will be on facts,situation and data on
these basis I'll try to make my decision in creative way with the help of
latest technology, I'll generate a creative and innovative alternatives
and then analyze alternative and select the most feasible after that
plan and implement the decision.
I need every details of the project in brief and code of conduct,
blueprint, project schedule and project deadlines
The company should get into reuse and recycling of water because
food & beverage, power industries emerge as having the highest
potential for reuse & recycling investment. Many firms want to retain
ownership of on-site projects and related infrastructure. They will
either hire large DBO firms to design and build proprietary systems or
do it themselves. The market for externally-owned, on-site facilities is
limited as evidenced by the few companies in this space. So I suggest
our company to get into this market and capture
