Summary

As a graduating student with a Bachelor of Co-operatives and

Community Development, I bring a strong foundation in cooperative
principles and community empowerment. My studies equipped me with
essential skills in:

Community Needs Assessment: Identifying and analyzing community

needs and opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships and fostering
collaboration with diverse community members.
Program Development and Implementation: Designing and managing
projects to address community goals.
Cooperative Development: Understanding the cooperative model's
potential for promoting well-being.
Policy Analysis and Advocacy: Researching and advocating for policies
that support positive change.
I'm passionate about fostering positive change and believe in collective
action for a just society. During my studies, I actively participated in
helping the County Government of Kisii, in registration of new Co-
operatives in the region and scrutinized the already existed ones. This
experience solidified my commitment to utilizing my knowledge and
skills to empower communities while contributing to their sustainable
development.

While lacking formal work experience, I'm eager to leverage my

academic background, skills, and enthusiasm to contribute to your
organization. As a quick learner and highly adaptable individual with a
strong work ethic, I'm confident I can quickly make valuable
contributions to your team.
