I am Jun Carlos Quimpo, please accept this letter as my notice of formal resignation from Customer
Service Representative position.

I sincerely apologize for the abrupt timing of this announcement, however due to unforeseen
circumstances, I have decided to resign.

Thank you for the opportunities you have given me, they have prepared me well for the challenges
ahead, and I am very grateful. I learned a great deal and hope that my stay at the company were as
valuable to you as my stay here has been to me.
