to conduct its business with full powers to hold, own and operate
its assets;
Hedge & Sachs Investments Ltd., has obtained all necessary
licenses and authorizations, including the corporate permits, for
the execution of this Agreement, the issuance of the NCDs, and the
fulfilment of its obligations hereunder, having met all legal and
statutory requirements necessary to do so.

Hedge & Sachs Investments Ltd. operates under the Cayman

Islands Monetary Authority under the Securities Investments
Business Act of the Cayman Islands (“SIBA”).

H&S team deploys the funds across liquid asset classes like equities,
indices, forex and debt instruments as well as private investments to
generate long term sustainable returns.
