Appointment Order : Probationary / Contract

THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE ON THE _____ DAY OF _____ 2022


AT S.P.H. SCHOOL (ICSE) - SRIKAKULAM
BETWEEN ST.PAUL’S HIGH SCHOOL (ICSE) — SRIKAKULAM (Hereinafter referred to as Party A)
represented by it’s Correspondent ___________________AND
Mr/Mrs/Ms___________________ , Born on _____________ S/o/W/o/Mr.____________
residing at _____________________ and holding Cell No : ______________ (hereinafter
referred to as Party B or Teacher)
AND WHEREAS
S.P.H. School is in need of a SGT/SA trainer faculty with fluency in, and for the said purpose
invited applications and the candidate applied for the same in writing on __________________
and offered His / Her services for the said purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS DEED WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS.

1. The term of the contract is the academic year 20__ - 20__ coming into force from the ___

day of ____ 20__ and ending on the _____ day of _____ 20__ after which this contract

become null and void and the Party B's services will be automatically terminated even if there

is no separate communication to that effect. However the contract can be renewed on

mutual consent in the month of ________ 20__ . The party B shall not be eligible for any

remuneration for the month of May _____ even if the contract is renewed for the academic

year 202__ 202__

2. You are hereby appointed as a High School /Primary Teacher on a contract basis for a period

of 11 months from ______________ to ___________ for a consolidated pay of

Rs.__________ ( ) per month. Your contract will end on afternoon, without

any further notice. (If EPF is applied the gross total can be subdivided into basic, DA, HRA &

CA.12% of EPF (basic +DA) will be deducted from employee's share and EPF of management

will be given separately).


3. The Party B shall be eligible for Twelve days of casual leave during the term of contract and

any leave over and above the stipulated number of days shall be on loss of pay. You are

allowed to avail 1% days Casual leave only per month. Salary for the excess days of leave

availed will be recovered from you.

4. The Party B shall report to the Principal of the school before and after the school hours on all

working days. Late coming shall not be appreciated and four late markings shall be

counted as one leave.

5. Your service is liable to be terminated at any time without any notice in writing.

6. While you are in service in this institution you shall not opt for an employment except

through the management. The Management shall not refuse to forward such application but

may decline to relieve you when the need arises unless one-month advance notice is given by

you or by paying one month's salary in lieu thereof.

7. After the completion of your service for the above-mentioned period, your services will be

automatically terminated even if there is no communication to that effect.

8. You shall not be entitled for claiming any right for continuing your service for any further
Period and the management has no obligation to extend your service. You shall not be
entitled to any claims or benefits .
9. Your services are liable to be terminated during the purely probationary / Contract period
without any advance notice if you are found guilty of dishonesty,
disobedience, irresponsibility, Indiscipline, negligence , absconding from duty, scandal or
any other act detrimental to the interest of the school as per code of conduct. In such
matters the opinion and the decision of the Management is final and binding.
10. You shall not be permitted to undertake any private tuition to the students of your classes
without the prior written permission of the Head Master.
11. If you desire to take up any course/study, you should obtain prior written permission from
the Head Master ,failing which the qualification acquired will not be taken into account for
any purpose.
12. During the term of your service you are governed by the Rules and Regulations of the
institution and the instructions given to you by the management at its discretion.
In case the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you give your letter of undertaking
and submit all the original documents of your educational qualifications as a token of your
having accepted the aforesaid terms and conditions.
Your certificates will be under the care and custody of the management.
I hope and pray that your terms of service with us will both be pleasant and fruitful.
