Job Designation State Head

Job Purpose To be responsible for the new outlets expansion across geography and
channels
Job Deliverables  Increase the savings account penetration in different states/
districts through Smart Points, Jio Points and Fashion & Lifestyles
stores
 To build and maintain the key relationship with Reliance Retail
Limited, Jio Point, Fashion n Lifestyle seniors for outlet expansion
and business drive
 To enable cash deposit/ withdrawal and AEP’s across the smart
point stores
 To manage district leads and drive customer acquisition, retention,
and satisfaction initiatives
 Ensure adherence to all banking regulations and compliance
requirements specific to the state


Skills  Ability to work with Channel Partners and hence strong
teamwork capability.
