PROFILE SUMMARY
Resourceful, analytical and detail-driven individual with vast experience as Design/Project Engineer, Project
Manager, Testing and Commissioning Engineer. Proven competence in planning, teamwork, problem
analysis/decision making, organizing, leading and communicating effectively. Possess strong capability to
manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. I am prompt in identifying and resolving inefficient
operational processes. Areas of competence include, HVAC, Fire Protection, Water and Waste Water Systems,
Storm Water Systems and Plumbing Systems. In working on these systems, I have carried out the following
tasks:
Total planning, design, installation supervision, testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical
systems in various types of building facilities (commercial, institutional & residential)
Submitting method statements which include installation, testing, adjusting, and balancing
procedures applied specifically as per the project requirements, test sheets to be used, the list of
instruments to be used, and their calibration certificates.
Submitting the testing, adjusting, and balancing final report, with a list of defect items (if found).
Submitting preliminary reports which include equipment and system component’s technical data.
Submitting and reviewing workshop drawings to ensure that testing, adjusting, and balancing could
be done according to the standard and project specifications.
Carrying out site visits during construction to ensure that all installations and supplied equipment are
implemented as per the approved drawings and submittals.

DETAILS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
PROJECT MANAGER
Reporting to the Managing Director
Responsible for Planning, Staffing, Implementing, Controlling and Evaluating the Project:
Refurbishment of Central Bank of Nigeria, Owerri Branch Office, Owerri, Imo State. Project value:
N5.4b. Duties include:
Defining project scope and creating a detailed work plan, identifying the sequences of work
activities and generating project timelines.
Determining the required resources and developing a schedule for resource allocation.
Executing the project according to the project plan
Developing forms and records to document project activities
Setting up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and
secured
Monitoring the progress of the project and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the
successful completion of the project timelines
Establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in
the organization on the progress of the project
Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to
ensure that it meets the project standards
Writing reports on the project for management and other stakeholders
Monitoring and approving all budgeted project expenditures
Monitoring cash flow projections and reporting actual cash flow and variance to senior
management on a quarterly basis.
Ensuring that all financial records for the project are up to date
Ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of
quality
Evaluating the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
