Thanks very much for your submission to IEEE 2nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND
AUTOMATIC CONTROL (IEEE ICEEAC 2024). We are pleased to inform you that the review process has been completed.
Based on the recommendations of the reviewers and the technical program committees, we are delighted to inform
you that your paper identified below has been accepted for presentation and publication at the IEEE
ICEEAC’2024.
We would like kindly to ask authors to perform all the conference registration requirement and to prepare their
final paper (Camera-ready) subject to following requirements:
(1) The reviewer's comments are mandatory to be taken into account while preparing the final paper.
(2) The similarity rating should be less than 25%. Authors are kindly asked to check the similarity rating of
their paper and the comments of the reviewers. Any final paper will not respect this condition, even if it is
initially notified as accepted, it will be automatically rejected.
(3) The copyright form should be completed in the same time as the camera-ready (see below).
(4) A registration fee or an official order form, for at least one of the author(s) of each paper, should be
performed following the announced deadline of registration.
(5) The camera-ready submission of your paper is due on April 15th, 2024.

The copyright form should be fulfilled easily as follows (by one author):
1. Login to the page of your paper in CMT.
2. Click on the "Submit IEEE Copyright Form"
3. Do not upload a "signed copyright form"
4. Then Click here to redirect to the IEEE Copyright Web Site
5. Then continue to the end (done) by clicking successively on:

Edit (to modify the title and/or authors if required)

Download the completed agreement (PDF)
Done After that, the IEEE copyright is automatically submitted to IEEE. Conserve a copy. If needed, we
will request you to send it to the organizers.

2nd Step: Preparation of your manuscript :
===============================================
All author's names should be entered to CMT.
Prepare your paper in two columns IEEE format.
Do not write 1st, 2nd... for Authors. List all authors successively by their order you have chosen.
If authors have the same affiliation, it should be written only one time.
If authors have different affiliations, you can use exponent numbers just after the author's names and
just before its affiliation.
Do not use headers (2nd IEEE Int. Conf. ...). They will be done automatically.
Do not use footers (XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/XX.00 20XX IEEE). They will be done automatically.
You have to verify:
o the margins of the paper
o all fonts should be embedded
o emails and links should not be clickable.

3rd Step: Preparation of your manuscript via IEEE pdf-express:

To submit your paper, first you need to convert your original pdf manuscript to match with the format of IEEE.
To do so, please follow the instructions below
1. Create an account at IEEE PpdfExpress: go to https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
2. Enter the conference ID which is 61226X,
3. Specify you email and chose your password
4. Submit the form, upon which you will receive an email to activate your account.
5. Login into your account then access your dashboard where you need to entre the correct info:
6. Repeat the submission of your paper (doc, ps or pdf file) until it will be accepted: you will receive
your pdf-file to submit via CMT
