27 ways to Earn Money through
Personal Branding & Public Speaking
“Earning money is simple but not easy, not easy because most people
won’t know these ways to earn that money”

Let’s admit it, Personal Branding and Public Speaking can pave various
paths to earn money.

If you have a doubt about it, look at the image below.

Around 75% of the people have Glossophobia, the fear of Public Speaking.

In fact, Fear of Public Speaking is greater than Fear of Death.

So, just by honing your Public Speaking, you automatically get in the top
25% of the people and you create endless opportunities for yourself.
As soon as I name a sport, maybe Cricket or Football you associate a
person with it because they have created a Personal Brand for themselves.

Even if a batch of students in school is remembered by the name of one or

two students, they have created a Personal Brand for themselves.

There are some people on the Internet, whom you have never met, you did
not know about them say five months or two years back and today you
admire them, they have created a Personal Brand for themselves.

You can simply put it as your reputation.

Because of you, your work will be recognized.

When people start recognizing your name, voice, face and start waiting for
your content, that is an indication that you are creating your Personal
Brand.

Today, Social Media is a boon for creating a Personal Brand.

Since our WHY is clear by now as to why Public Speaking and Personal
Branding are the keys to many opportunities, let’s have a look at different
ways to earn money by using these two skills.

1.) Public Speaking Workshops:

You can organise competitions, invite 50 speakers and you can charge an
amount from them to participate in the same.

You can also conduct Two-day workshops for others and coach them on
Public Speaking skills. Once you have developed those skills well and then
distribute certificates, you can charge money for the same.

You can conduct championships and have an entry fee for the same and
then honour the winners with some prizes.

2.) Webinar Sponsorship

Conduct a live webinar with an authentic brand and monetize it.

Say your area of expertise is Insurance and banking, you conduct a

webinar on Insurance and promote a brand that you have faith upon.

Initially, big brands might not agree.

However, once you have established the proof of concept and have a good
number of attendees in your webinar, big brands might agree and you can
monetize it.

Start small and gradually scale up.

3.) Stage Selling

Just imagine 75% of the people are even hesitant to go on the stage and
when you go on the stage and sell, the results will be mind-blowing.

Imagine the authority that you’ll create.

If you have your own product you can sell, else there are many people out
there who have products but are hesitant to go on the stage, sell their
products and charge for the same.

For that, you need to master all the elements of Public Speaking and Sales.

As your mentor, I am determined and standing by you to help you in that

regard.

4.) Brand Collaborations

Once you have created a good Personal Brand, people start trusting you,
along with that if you have learnt the art of Public Speaking, that can do
wonders for you.

There are brands out there who look for collaborations, you can
collaborate. It will be a win-win deal for both.

All rights reserved by Rahul Bhatnagar. The sale, reuse and sharing of this content is illegal and against the law. Legal action + a
fine of Rs. 10 lakhs will be imposed against anyone found doing so.
Say you have 500 followers on Instagram, you reach out to a brand or a
person having 500 or more followers, go live with them and add value in
people’s lives.

You’ll gain some followers and so will they.

Do more of such collaborations and you’ll see a steep growth. Later you
can even approach big influencers and brands.

5.) Book Reviews

Read books, gain knowledge and take your knowledge online.

Help people generate that trust and monetize it.

A lot of people want to get knowledge but don’t want to read books, help
them.

Gradually, you can do paid book reviews and get sponsorships.

You do this consistently across various platforms, free of cost initially and
gain some follower base.

Then, say a new author has launched his or her book, they’ll look for
visibility to increase their reach, they’ll reach out to you or you can reach
out to them and give a review. You can charge for the same.
6.) Gadget Reviews

If you have good technical know-how, you can grow tremendously in this
field.

You can unbox a gadget, give a detailed review, it will help people to decide
whether they should opt for it or not.

Once you do it regularly and give honest reviews, people will search for
your recommendations about gadgets.

You can tell your friends and relatives initially as soon as someone buys a
new gadget to inform you so that you can make an unboxing and review
video.

Once you have developed the trust of people, created a Personal Brand
and have a good follower base, brands will be more than happy to send
you their product as a sample and ask you to review the same, also
additionally pay you to do the same.

You can also provide your affiliate links for the same.

7.) Software Reviews

Just like product reviews, you can give software reviews.

You can start with free software. The point is that people want to save time.

Let’s talk about the free video editing software for smartphones, there are
hundreds of them available, people don’t have the time to try each of them,
you can recommend some of the best ones to them.

Later, once that trust is generated and a Personal Brand is created. People
themselves will visit your channel for software recommendations.

Gradually, you can start with paid software, build that follower base and
brands will reach out to you and pay you to recommend their software to
others.

You just need to learn about various software, give reviews and get affiliate
links.

This can be an extremely rewarding income generation plan.

8.) Affiliate Marketing

You sell someone else’s product or service and get paid an incentive for the
same.

You don’t need any product of your own.

A lot of products and software you can promote through various channels
may be through social media marketing, email marketing, you’ll get an
incentive for the same, you don’t need any product of your own.

Say if you are a travel blogger, you share travel tips, you can become an
affiliate of Amazon, recommend the products that help you and you have
faith upon, drop your affiliate link, if someone buys through that link, which
is unique to you, and you get that commission.

You can additionally recommend some software that helps you plan your
travel, again drop your unique affiliate link of the same and when someone
buys through that, you get commissions.

You can take your knowledge online and help a large number of people in
one go.

Give your best content for free to people online, once they like it they’ll take
further guidance and mentorship. They pay to get your direct access.

Say you are a Mathematics lecturer, make videos pertaining to the same,
put it across all social media platforms, in Facebook groups, everywhere.
When they find it helpful, people will approach you for one on one or group
coaching, where you give them your personal attention.

10.) Consultant

Commonly known as a “knowledge broker”, this gives you higher authority.

You’ll recommend to people what to do and what not to do for their growth
in your field of expertise.

Say you have good knowledge about Finances and how to manage it, you
can consult people and help them in that regard.

A consultant tries to identify and correct problems & weaknesses.

A consultant gathers data and reports on what needs to be done thus

regarded as an expert who solves problems.
11.) Agency Model

When you’re too busy and occupied, this is one of the best options.

work.

You’ll have to monitor them and be the spokesperson and take care of
finances.

becomes so much easier to create. You’ll be paid really well to do it.

A lot of people have a good reputation or have inherited some legacy but
are not effective communicators.

People might invite you to their shows, talks, podcasts, vlogs.

You need to speak on their behalf and charge a fees.

15.) Sales Video Person

Become a specialist who speaks in sales videos of brands, organizations or

people.

Many people are camera-shy but they might have the best product ever.

However, the fact is “the best product never wins, the best-marketed
product does”

Today, if work is not marketed online it is very challenging to scale it.

You can make people realize this and be the face of their sales videos to
ensure that they get more sales and you will be paid really well to do the

Conduct events online. This has been on the rise amidst the COVID-19
