Sub.: Notice for the Annual DMLT/ Final Year (Two Years Course) Examination, 2022–2024.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am pleased to inform you that the Annual DMLT/ Final Year (Two Years Course)
Examination for the session 2022–2024 will be held from 23rd to 27th July, 2024 at all the
concerned recognized/ affiliated Institutes/ Colleges.
The examiner(s) will reach your place one day earlier on the scheduled date and leave
one day after. The examiner(s) will make direct contact with you on phone regarding his/ her/
their arrival at your place.
The T.A. and D.A. along with examination remuneration shall be paid to the examiner(s)
by the Academic Board. The director will have to bear the expenses for providing hygienic
meals, suitable lodging and local conveyance for the examiner(s).
The examiner(s) will carry the examination materials along with admit cards and other
related papers. Moreover, the examination materials and all the confidential papers related to
the examination sent by the post/ courier must be handed over the examiner(s) on his/ her/
their arrival. You are requested to make all the necessary arrangements and provide all the
materials required for conducting the practical examinations especially Histopathology and
Microbiology examinations. No undue pressure and interruption will be permissible in the
smooth conducting of the examination.
Moreover, you are responsible to maintain the law and order during examination period.
For this you may intimate our examination schedule to the nearest police station and local
authorities.
In the event of the violation of the AB norms, the decision of the examiner(s) will be final
and binding.

N.B. : Any change in the schedule will not be permissible in Theory Papers. However, the external examiner(s)
in consultation with the Head of the Institute/ Centre can change the practical examination schedule, if
necessary. Preparation of culture plates and inoculation in Microbiology are recommended to be done
after the theory examinations finish on second day. For convenience, the students can be further
distributed in more groups. The Student’s Practical Record Book will be a part of the internal assessment
of marks in each practical paper.
