Dear Management of SBH Kibing Solar New Materials,

I am pleased to summarize my probation period in the Deep Processing Department

(Tempering) since November 20, 2023, at SBH Kibing Solar New Materials.

Over the past six months, I have gained significant experience and skills. During my time here, I
have learned the basic operation of the tempering machinery, become familiar with its
components, and understood the quality standards of the glass produced by the company.
Additionally, I have assisted the installer team in assembling the tempering machine. I have also
gained knowledge about other departments, including Edge Grinding, Coating, Printing, and
Packaging. Furthermore, I have learned about safety procedures in the Deep Processing
Department, including operating and cleaning the tempering machine, maintaining glass quality,
handling the glass, and practicing self-discipline.

My goal is to join the company as a permanent employee. To achieve this, I will continue to
apply the skills and experience I have gained from the team leader and engineer to meet the
company's quality standards. I am grateful to the team leader, manager, and engineer for their
guidance in helping us deliver high-quality work and maintain high standards.

Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the
company as a long-term employee and respectfully request that my probation status be
transitioned to permanent employee status.
