APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE CLAIMANT FOR

WITHDRAWING THE APPLICATION FOR SUBSTITUION
OF THE AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE.

1. The above petition has been filed by the Claimant against the
Respondents seeking inter-alia damages on ground of blatant
violation of the terms and conditions of the ____________
Agreements entered to and executed between the parties. The
said petition has been instituted under the provision of the
Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and is pending
adjudication.

2. It is apparent to mention here that an application seeking

substitution ___________in place of ___________ as the
authorized representative of the Claimant Company was filed
by the Claimant before the ld. Arbitrator in the captioned
matter.
3. That the ld. Arbitrator upon perusal of the said application, had
allowed ______________ to represent the Claimant company.

4. However, it is submitted that _____________, the erstwhile

Authorized Representative continues to be employed with the
Claimant company and is competent to represent the Claimant
in the present matter.

5. It is humbly submitted that in lieu of the above situation, the

Claimant requests for withdrawal of the aforesaid application
for substitution. It is further stated _____________ will
continue to represent the Claimant in respect of all claims and
proceedings in the captioned matter.

6. No prejudice would be caused to the Respondents if the request

for withdrawal of application herein is allowed.

7. This application is made bonafide and in the interests of justice.

PRAYER
In light of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is humbly
prayed that this Ld. Arbitrator may be pleased to:
a. Permit the Claimant to withdraw the application seeking
substitution of ___________ in place of __________ as the
authorized representative of the Claimant Company and
 reinstate __________ as the authorized representative to
represent the Claimant in the preset matter.

b. Pass any other/ further order that this Ld. Arbitrator deems
fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
