RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Organizes items orders according to prices promotions and weight compliance.


 Verifies items shipped matching bill of lading reconciling quantities, noticing
discrepancies and maintain stocks in excel sheet.
 Keeps customers informer shipment time, current status and answering questions.
 Ship items by examine destination routs, rates, delivering time & ordering carriers.
 Accomplishes organization goal by getting instructions from dispatch coordinator for
accomplishing new and difference request.
 Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, Congestion, weather
condition and other hazards.
 Records and maintain files and record to customers request, work or services performed,
charges, expenses, inventory and other dispatch information.
 Monitor personnel and equipment locations and utilization in other to coordinate services
and schedules.
 What makes a good dispatcher A strong Dispatcher does much more than manage phone,
need to position as a reliable point of contract that can successfully balance the drivers
health and safety with customers requirement, sometimes this can be complicated and
frustrating logistical process and requires a good deal of planning.

OBJECTIVES:

 The most important qualifications for dispatch job are the ability to stay calm in
emergency situations, multitasking excellent communications skill attention to details in
personal abilities and sound decision making.
 Taking more responsibility for keeping records files, completed, “row calls” for drivers,
monitoring driver daily logs for error or violation and drivers working hour via phone and
computer system.
 Increase more skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationship with clients,

 Willingly handles conflicts resolutions and mediation between drivers and Management.
 Identified any operation and regulations risk and escalated as needed.
 Communicating with the plant Manager and the Sales departments to insure trucks would
be at plant to fit their scheduling needs according to jobs that were planned.

 Conferred with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems or
request for services.
 Responsible for inputs of drivers and training of driver on new system for the loads they
were responsible for.

 Create shift handover procedure in Dispatch activities and develop the best excel sheet &
receipt vouchers regarding trips & cash sales for internal purposes.
 Accuracy in directing the drivers to know that which Rigs they are delivering O.W.C e.g.
GDI 6, 7 e.t.c And exact quantity delivered according to company call or supervisor
calls, Batch # date, sending Original Delivery Notes to sales Department and samples from
the LAB.
 Increase the professional approach towards drivers, customers & staffs.
